The experiment in this paper was based on Wuxi city sewage treatment plant of stench pollution,and in view of the main pollutants of NH3 and H2S,efficient microbial deodorization strains were screened and identified.Through the laboratory test in shake flask,we explored the influence factors of its deodorization,and in the simulated SBR experimental device,the sewage raw water was used for deodorization experiment.A series of effective compound bacteria were got after initial screening which used selected medium.Compound sieve was through the quantitative detection of ammonia nitrogen and sulfur removal of sulfuric acid root volume,and chose one of the most obvious strains,respectively.By repeated purification culture,we got the pure strain,and carried on the preliminary appraisal,finally determined the efficient except ammonia strains of nitrosation(Nitrosomonas sp.),bacterium desulfurization strains for Gordon(Gordonia sp.).Then the two strains were named Y1 and G1,respectively.We studied on Y1 except ammonia effect and G1 desulfurization effect by pH,inoculation quantity,shaker rotate speed,temperature.It is concluded that the best conditions for Y1 was pH7,5%inoculated quantity,shake flask speed of 160r/min,temperature of 30℃ and the best conditions for G1 was pH7,7%inoculated quantity,shake flask speed of 200r/min,temperature of 34℃.We simulated sewage plant wastewater treatment SBR method,through the cultivation of activated sludge activation,make it close to the parameters of the actual application.Based on the cultivation of the activated sludge activation,SBR was operated at room temperature.By adding different amount of bacterium fluid,we detected the volatilization of NH3 and H2S content in the process of sewage treatment,and determined the optimum amount of bacterium fluid additive.The experimental results showed that after 15 days of aeration activated SVI was stability between 80~150,and sludge flocculation and settling performance were good.The sludge was yellowish-brownlong and had a large number of new type of zoogloea,relatively dense,and it reached the standard of actual operation SBR.After adding Y1,NH3 volatilization was obvious controlled.After 8 days,ammonia volatilization quantity tended to be stable,and inoculant amount to 7%of a set amount of ammonia volatilization was 66%less than the control group.In SBR reactor with G1,hydrogen sulfide to release a quantity to also got a good control and bacterial additive amount of 7%was the best,and it can remove over 80%of the volatile hydrogen sulfide in the process of sewage treatment. |
