Vacuum heating furnace is one of the most important parts in the vacuum heat treatment technology,so it is very important to study the structure design and optimization,parameter and performance analysis of the vacuum furnace.If we can grasp the distribution of the temperature field of the vacuum furnace,it will have a crucial impact on the reaction mechanism and the progress of the manufacturing process.In this paper,the thermal multistage continuous vacuum furnace is taken as the research object,the temperature field of the vacuum furnace is analyzed by using the finite element method,and the temperature field of the vacuum furnace is simulated by ANSYS software.Analysis found that the evaporating dish has a great influence on the vacuum furnace temperature field uniformity by prior to the process of modeling and simulation,the model of vacuum furnace is divided into evaporation zones and cooling zones and to simulate the temperature field model.In order to verify the accuracy of the model of the temperature field test system of vacuum furnace temperature field design,through the K type thermocouple real-time acquisition of the temperature in the furnace,the analog input module of SIEMENS PLC-300 to the acquisition of the thermocouple temperature reading and storage,the PLC-300 data in the experimental data were displayed and recorded by use of Kingview.According to the temperature measuring system experimental platform.In order to ensure the validity and accuracy of the test data,according to the GB/9452-2012 "method for determining the effective heating area of the heat treatment furnace" and the temperature field distribution law of the vacuum furnace,the position of the thermocouple test point is optimized.The optimized test can accurately reflect the change of the temperature field,and ensure the validity of the test data.The measurement error may be related to ensure the accuracy of the data.Finally,the vacuum furnace temperature field testing platform,by comparing the measured data and simulation data shows that the simulation model of temperature field in vacuum furnace and vacuum furnace furnace temperature field in the actual situation of roughly the same,to verify the accuracy of the model,but also reflect the feasibility of testing system of temperature in the whole field of vacuum furnace.Through this research,it is of great significance to establish and improve the vacuum furnace temperature field model and temperature field measurement system.In order to explore the influence factors of the temperature field uniformity and optimize the design of vacuum furnace structure. |
