Internal heating vacuum furnace with low energy consumption, environmentally friendly, high quality of products is widely used in the separation of two alloys, the future development of space is huge, and it is an important tool for the development of new high-tech materials and nonferrous metallurgy. However, when the vacuum furnace is working, the internal temperature is too high, the temperature is difficult to be measured accurately, and the temperature field distribution model is not clear,so it can not put forward a design scheme of optimal efficiency. In order to improve the efficiency,it is necessary to study the distribution of the temperature field in the vacuum furnace under the condition of steady temperature,so as to calculate the optimal proportion of the evaporation zone and the cooling zone. Therefore,it is of great significance to study the steady-state temperature field of multistage continuous vacuum furnace heat type. The experiment was carried out in the Key Laboratory of Yunnan Province, according to the idea of modeling, the required temperature values were measured and the data were analyzed and processed. On the basis of the current mature modeling scheme,a new modeling method, the intermediate value weighted correction method,.is proposed. The finite element method is used to solve the steady-state temperature field of the vacuum furnace, and the dependent variable of temperature is taken as the theoretical basis. The finite element analysis software is input into the ANSYS finite element analysis software to simulate the steady temperature field,so the distribution of the steady temperature field and the temperature curve of the cooling zone are obtained. On this basis, this paper puts forward a credible modeling research project.
