At present,the high efficiency and economic recovery of resources of lead-zinc oxide ore is an difficult problem in beneficiation.Its efficient and comprehensive recovery has been facing with technical problems such as poor selection of reagent,poor recovery rate,poor quality of concentrates and serious slime interference.Therefore,how to improve the comprehensive recovery efficiency of lead-zinc oxide ore resources through the improvement of beneficiation process and the optimization of reagent system is an urgent problem to be solved and is a key point in this paper.This paper take the lead-zinc oxide ore from Sichuan Huili as the research object,the average lead ore grade is 6.74%and the lead oxidation rate is 83.24%,the zinc grade is 8.59%and the zinc oxidation rate is 96.68%.It also rich in germanium and other precious metal resources,the main gangue minerals are quartz,dolomite and silicate and carbonate minerals.It belongs to the refractory high oxidation rate of lead-zinc oxide ore.Firstly,this paper identify the associated relationship and particle size distribution characteristics of main minerals in the ore through the study of process mineralogy,and then through the comparative study of various mineral processing circuit and reagent system to find a suitable route for the efficient recycling of the refractory lead-zinc oxide ore resources.Process mineralogy research results show that the main mineral composition of the lead-zinc oxide ore are cerussite,galena,anglesite,smithsonite,quartz silicates and dolomite calcium magnesium carbonate and so on.Lead phase analysis results show that the lead minerals are mainly cerussite,galena,anglesite and plumbojarosite,in which galena and cerssite are the main carrier minerals of lead,and its distribution rate is 77.92%and 16.76%respectively.Zinc phase analysis results show that the content of zinc oxide in the ore is 83.78%,the content of zinc sulfide is 2.09%,and the content of franklinite is 13.9%,in which zinc oxide minerals mainly exists in the form of smithsonite,as the main recovery object of the zinc.It can comprehensive recovery of the sphalerite due to its lower content.Because of the fine grain size and complex intergrowth relationship among the useful minerals in the ore,it is difficult to recover the lead and zinc minerals.The results of flotation test show that the best technological conditions for the flotation of galena are:grinding fineness of-0.074mm accounted for 80%,the dosage of combined regular agent sodium hexametaphosphate and sodium silicate is 300g/t,the dosage of the collector butyl xanthate is 120g/t,under this condition;The optimum conditions for the recovery of lead oxide are:the dosage of combined regular agent sodium hexametaphosphate and sodium silicate is 300g/t,the dosage of sodium sulfide is 1600g/t,the dosage of butyl xanthate dosage is 120g/t,under this condition,it can obtain the grade and recovery rate of the comprehensive lead concentrate were 59.83%and 67.21%respectively(lead sulfide+lead oxide).The optimum conditions for the recovery of zinc oxide are:the dosage of combined modifiers is 150 g/t,the dosage of sodium carbonate is 1000 g/t,the dosage of sodium sulfide is 9000g/t,and the dosage of acetate octadecyl amine of rough collector 120 g/t,under this condition,it can obtain the grade and recovery rate of zinc oxide concentrate were49.52%and73.82%respectively.On the basis of the above open condition test,the closed-circuit flow test was carried out,and the sulfide minerals were recovered by "two roughing two fine" the lead oxide minerals were recovered by "two roughing one scavenging one fine" and the zinc oxide minerals were recovered by "two roughing one scavenging two fine",it can finally obtain the lead grade is 54.26%,recovery rate is 82.57%of the comprehensive lead concentrate and the zinc grade is 47.46%,recovery rate is 82.57%of the zinc oxide concentrate.In this paper,the use of acetate octadecyl amine as the collector of zinc oxide ore is better,the effect is good,the foam viscosity is low,the collection ability is strong and the agent is more stable,so it is high efficiency collector of the mineral flotation of zinc oxide.The process of "preferential flotation"is simple and flexible,and it has some theoretical significance for the flotation of lead-zinc oxide ore.
