Based on the research background of lead-zinc ore,this paper analyzes the method of decarburization,and puts forward the test procedure of decarburization-lead-selection-zincselection,and proposes corresponding solutions to the problems in the mine.Both lead and zinc are very important non-ferrous metals,and their consumption is immeasurable not only in our country,but also in the world.With the improvement of my country's comprehensive national strength and the rapid development of industry,my country's demand for lead-zinc and other non-ferrous metals is also increasing.However,most of my country's lead-zinc ore belongs to poor ore,and rich ore only accounts for a small number.Imported lead-zinc ore from abroad is expensive.This is just a temporary solution,not a permanent cure.This requires us to optimize the process flow of lead-zinc lean ore and lead-zinc refractory ore,which is of great significance to solve the current shortage of lead-zinc resources in our country.Firstly,Study on process mineralogy.The ore samples were crushed to-74?m,The process mineralogy of ore was investigated by using optical microscope analysis,X-ray diffraction analysis,scanning electron microscope analysis and MLA650 mineral dissociation analysis.Secondly,on the basis of process mineralogy research,the decarburization-lead floatation-zinc floatation test was carried out,the appropriate decarburization method grinding fineness and reagents were selected,and the activator of lead floatation and zinc floatation test was determined.The best grinding fineness is-0.074 mm 78%,the best dosage of kerosene is 60g/t,the best dosage of ethyl thio carbamate is 20g/t,the best dosage of copper sulfate is 150g/t,the appropriate collector is on-site zinc collector and isobutyl xanthate,the best dosage of collector is 40g/t,and the best time of zinc flotation is 6min.Finally,the whole process open circuit test and the whole process closed circuit test are carried out.On the basis of carbon removal method,grinding fineness and reagent,activator and collector types and optimum dosage in lead flotation and zinc flotation tests,the lead and zinc grades and recoveries were 57.19% and 55.71%,67.04% and 88.23% respectively when the on-site zinc collector and isobutyl xanthate were used as collectors.This paper provides a theoretical and experimental basis for field production process optimization,and also provides a reference for other concentrators using decarburizationlead floatation-zinc flotation process.
