| The cold-rolled and non-oriented silicon steel is mainly used for core of large and medium-sized motor,generator and household motor and micro-motor,ballast and small transformer,etc,in the electricity,electronic and military industries it is indispensable important soft magnetic materials.However,as the market supply exceeding demand and the fierce competition,make the personalized demands of the users such as small batch and many varieties,short cycle ever-growing,reversing cold rolled as the adjustable product varieties and specifications begin to cause the extensive concern of every big enterprise.This paper is based on the industrial production of cold-rolled and non-oriented silicon steel of 50W470 as the research object,analyzing its hot-rolled,often section of the structure and texture,and analyzing reversiible cold-rolled and continuous cold-rolled influenced cold-rolled,annealing period of organization,texture and the magnetic finished product;At the same time,reversible cold-rolled and continuous cold-rolled production producted 50W470 non-oriented process manufacture as experimental material,researching the influence the changes of annealing temperature to the way of two kinds of cold-rolled,experimental results are as follows:(1)Normalization plate after cold-rolled,because of the different methods of cold-rolled,lead to differences in cold-rolled organization,the differences of fibrous origanzation of the organization of reversible cold-rolled horizontal longitudinal groups is relatively less than the continuous cold-rolled,fibrous origanzation of the continuous cold-rolled longitudinal groups is far higher than that of reversible cold-rolled,fibrous origanzation of the continuous cold-rolled horizontal groups is less than that of reversible cold-rolled,using the method of cutting line measurement of reversible after annealing and average grain size of transverse and longitudinal section is 69μm,continuous annealing and average grain size of transverse and longitudinal section is 83μm.(2)From hot-rolled to annealing process,only central texture is inherited,among from hot-rolled to normalized process,because of no plastic deformation occurs,the surface and central layer texture get fully genetic,but due to the central layer of grain occurring recrystallization and grain growth,gather location of grain orientation density turned {001}<188> to{001}<110>,turned{115}<230> to {115}<110>;from normalized to cold-rolled,because plastic deformation occurs,the type of the surface layer texture change,texture do not get genetic,but the central texture type is also same to normalized the central layer,texture gets genetic,from cold-rolled to annealing process,but due to grain occurring recrystallization and grain growth,the grain oriention has changed,comparation the surface layer and central layer texture,deviating from the <110>shaft about 27°,the center layer of {115}<110>,{111}<112> texture is apparently inherited.(3)The cold-rolled process of reversible cold-rolled in the production of silicon steel 50W470 non-orientation,due to the increase of deformation,the orientation density of surface layer texture is constantly distributed in {001}<110> rotating cube,-fibre and-fibre,with the increasement of rolled passes,except the texture {115}<110>,orientation density of-fibre texture is increasing,orientation density of-fibre texture only {111}<110> texture orientation density near the peak is located in the fifth pass,because of the inherited of the central layer texture,before the cold-rolled,texture has gathered on {001}<110> texture and-fibre and-fibre,with the increase of the pass,the-fibre orientation density of texture is not appearing the phenomenon of monotone increasing,in addition to {001}<110>,{115}<110> orientation density near the peak is located at the fifth pass,the rest of the orientation density peak of texture is basicly located in the fourth pass,the-fibre orientation density peak of texture is basicly located in the third pass,because the central layer of shear deformation is less than the surface,raising its orientation density increasement and the peak will be below the surface.(4)The magnetic of 50W470 of reversible cold-roll using square circle method can be slightly lower than the continuous cold-roll,the magnetic of reversible cold-rolled finished product: P1.5/50=3.04 W.kg-1,B5000=1.729T;the magnetic of continuous cold-roll finished product: P1.5/50=2.94 W.kg-1,B5000=1.729 T.(5)Two kinds of cold-roll plate after annealing found that with the increasement of annealing temperature,the average grain size increases both the horizontal and longitudinal groups,the difference value of the average grain size of the reversible cold-rolled of horizontal and longitudinal groups is less than the continuous cold-rolled;grain size increases,the number of grain boundary decreases,grain boundary migration resistance decreases,and results in the decrease of magnetic loss,size increases to a certain size,size of magnetic domain is bigger,eddy current loss and abnormal loss is raising,so the iron loss value with the increase of grain size presented downed firstly,then up,before 980℃,the annealing plate of the average grain size of the reversible cold-rolled of horizontal and longitudinal groups is less than the continuous cold-rolled,show that showed that the anisotropy of reversible cold-rolled is less than the anisotropy of the continuous cold-rolled.because of the same elements,the crystal structure is similar,the finished magnetic product between reversible cold-rolled and continuous cold-rolled are similar.(6)Two kinds of cold-roll plate after annealing is mainly distributed over {001},{115},deviating from the <110> shaft about 27 ° near-fibre and-fibre,with the increasement of annealing temperature,the change of texture presents the change of orientation density,including the orientation density of reversible cold-rolled is maximum value at 920℃,the orientation density of {115}<110>,{111}<110>,{111}<112> is maximum value at 980℃;the orientation density of continuous cold-rolled {115}<110> is maximum value at 1040℃,the orientation density of {001} <110>,{111}<110>,{111} <112> is maximum value at 920℃.(7)Two kinds of cold-rolled plate after the annealing condition of lab,the temperature is less than 1010℃,the average core loss of horizontal and verticalof reversible cold-rolled after annealing iron is lowest at 1010℃,core loss P1.5/50=2.825 W.kg-1,magnetic B5000=1.702 T,the average core loss horizontal and vertical continuous cold-rolled finished product is lowest at 1040℃ core loss P1.5/50= 2.845 W.kg-1,magnetic B5000 = 1.698 T.Comparison with the average grain size of 50W470 cold-rolled silicon steel without orientation annealing organization of industrial production can be found: industrial annealing when soaking zone 920℃ when the average grain size is equal to the laboratory for reversible manufacture annealing temperature at 980℃,and the equivalent of laboratory continuous cold-rolled plate manufacture 1010℃ when the annealing temperature,considering the actual situation of the industrial site continuous annealing furnace,magnetic optimization can still has certain space. |
