Research On The Influence Of Ecological Civilization Construction On Enterprise Behavior In Ethnic Minority Poverty Areas In Yunnan Province

With the rapid development of the economy,the most serious challenge facing mankind in the 21st century is no longer just a matter of solving the problem of food and clothing,but the deterioration of the ecological environment in the global context.In the face of severe environmental challenges,human beings need to explore the new ideas of social development in many ideas,which has led to the emergence of ecological civilization.Yunnan is an underdeveloped province with border,ethnic and mountainous areas.There are more than 500 state-level poverty counties in the country,and Yunnan has 73 state-level poverty counties,accounting for 12.3%of the country.The topic is based on the National Natural Science Foundation of China,with nine national poverty counties as the representative of the in-depth study.For the Yunnan ethnic poverty-stricken areas,how to under the influence of ecological civilization construction policy out of poverty,which is directly related to the unity and harmony of all ethnic groups and the country’s long-term stability.Enterprises as the basic unit of market activities,and multiple roles,and enterprises of ecological civilization construction policy understanding and policy response,these actions directly determine the success or failure of ecological civilization construction,ecological civilization construction to deepen the inevitable requirement must be driven Changes in corporate behaviorIn this paper,the structural equation model is used to establish the model of the impact of ecological civilization construction on the behavior of enterprises in the poverty-stricken areas of ethnic minorities.According to the previous literature research,the enterprise’s behavior is influenced by external factors and internal factors.External factors are the policy regulation of ecological civilization system construction And the construction of ecological civilization awareness brought about by the market pressure,the internal factors for the organization size and manager attitude.And selected nine state-level poverty-stricken counties as the object of study,to these counties issued a questionnaire.Eventually through the data processing.(1)The policy of ecological civilization construction has a direct and positive effect on the technological progress and energy saving and environmental protection of the enterprise;(2)The market pressure on the enterprise strategy(3)scale and managerial attitude have a positive effect on the strategic choice of enterprises.(3)The choice of production and decision-making behavior has a direct positive effect.According to the conclusions of the following recommendations:(1)in the construction of ecological civilization policy,pay attention to play the role of ecological civilization market-oriented policy to promote enterprises to take an active environmental management strategy and environmental management behavior is conducive to energy conservation to reduce economic development goals((2)ecological civilization construction policy development and implementation should pay attention to the essence of industry leading enterprises,these companies need to play an exemplary role in the industry,and energy conservation and other related businesses to promote the promotion of related activities to encourage;(3)due to the existence Enterprises and industry scale differences,to different enterprises and industries to implement a relatively flexible management and ecological civilization construction policy.
