Through the glass and toughened glass furnace roller simulation research,enabled us to know the glass tempered glass and roller in the process of the changing rule of the three-dimensional temperature field.Change process parameters,can be obtained more easily tempered glass under different working condition of the simulation results,such as the basic parameters in the glass tempering furnace,under the condition of variables for the length of glass,glass and roller contact number is less than the best of three,and the length of the glass on the roller table three dimensional temperature field is small,the influence of these results for glass tempering process improving quality and reducing energy consumption to provide important reference and basis.Then the simulation software of the toughened glass process and need to make a simple introduction,the paper USES the heat transfer and fluid mechanics knowledge,on the basis of reasonable assumptions,establish a glass toughened glass,and in the process of the mathematical model of roller,roller and determine the glass and the boundary conditions.In setting up the simulation program,the length,width,thickness of the glass as variables,roller diameter,length,gaps as variables,the working temperature of furnace for glass tempering furnace as a variable,three-dimensional temperature field simulation and made of glass and channel.Accordingly,glass steel market has low quality and all sorts of problems,such as large energy consumption of glass and table study and analysis,the three dimensional temperature field can be targeted to take corresponding measures,to a certain extent,improve the quality of tempered glass,reduce energy consumption,toughened glass market in the future,can improve the competitiveness of the market,to produce a variety of toughened glass.
