| Pre-splitting blasting is widely used in blasting engineering,such as cutting excavation,slope reserved,etc.The charge structure is one of the important factors in influencing the pre-splitting blasting effect.So far the common use of traditional charging structure is to strap the small diameter of explosive cartridge and detonating cord on the bamboo.When loading cartridge,by changing the interval distance between the cartridge to realize the design line density.But the application and promotion of pre-splitting blasting technology is under the serious influence because of the complicated and unefficient loading process,the difficulty to achieve non-coupling centered charging and so on.In this paper,by analyzing the blasting crushing principle and the cracking mechanism of pre-splitting blasting.To improve the structure of a new type of charge structure,namely the bidirectional axisymmetrical shaped groove cutting mediate charging tube,which based on shaped and non-coupling charging theory.making it not only conforms to the requirement of actual production and simple manufacture,but also can save some cost.Combined with practical engineering,the pre-splitting blast parameters and construction technology are determined.design structure parameter optimization tests about the new charge structure.get the best cutting seam width and cutting seam length.In the control of the same test conditions,confirm the new charge structure’s best structure parameters according to the conclusion of optimization test.design contrast test between the new charge structure with traditional charging structure.To verify the advantages ofdevice in pre-split blasting.Through the above work,basically have the following conclusion:the improved new type ofcharge structure has a certain advangtage in feasibility,charging efficiency and economic efficiency,etc.By the test on new type of charge structure parameter optimization.It is concluded that the pre-splitting blasting is affected by the main structure parameters of the cutting width and cutting length.Through the test that compared new charge structure with traditional charging.however,it has some advantage on the charging efficiency,controllable and good pre-splitting blasting effect. |
