Analysis And Evaluation Of The Content Of Carnitine Enantiomers In Infant Formula

Objective This research established a simple and rapid detection methods,detected the contentin of carnitin enantiomer in infant formula food in weifang,through the analysis of the data sorting,guide consumers to buy infant formula food.Method This research used precolumn Derivatization-HPLC-fluorescence and the derivative time,extract ratio experimental condition is optimized,detectied carnitine enantiomer’s contention in Weifang market of infant formula milk powder 60,liquid milk 20,infant drinking fruit and vegetable juice 20,solid beverage 40 copies.Online sales of infant formula milk powder 50,liquid milk 20 copies,and the results were analyzed statistically.Result Testing results showed that the mean values of L-carnitine in market and online sales of imported brand’s milk powder was 11.4mg/100 g,10.1mg/100g;The mean values of L-carnitine determination of domestic brands was 7.79mg/100 g,6.35mg/100g;L-carnitine imported ratio of milk formula from Market and online sales was 75%,77.8%(X2=0.22,P>0.05),L-carnitine of homebred formula from Market and online sales was 57.1%,50%(X2=1.01,P>0.05),D-carnitine is detected only in the formula,the detection rate of D-carnitine in market and online sales was 3.33%,4%,determination of the mean 0.96mg/100 g,0.66mg/100 g.40 solid drink’s L-carnitine detection rate was 25%,D-was not detected;enantiomers were not detected in 20 fruit and vegetable juice’s.Conclusion Based on the reported on this research,L-carnitine in the online sales and distribution of commercial brand formula has no obvious difference.Weifang area sales of infant formula milk powder,domestic brands and adding rate of l-carnitine content was lower than those of imported brands,domestic rationalization of carnitine added consciousness is not strong enough;Formula of D-carnitine detection rate and the content of a commercial product is high,the quality of the online sales of products,there is a difference,choose foods also need to be careful.Infants l-carnitine in liquid milk,solid beverage,fruit and vegetable juice to add rate is low,consisting of carnitine rationalization add should arouse people’s attention.Sales data,according to the results of weifang area of infant formula milk powder and liquid milk in the quality of the raw material of L-carnitine added still optimistic,but the current domestic carnitine in infant formula how to rationalize to add,still lack of normative guidance,the use of the whole consciousness also needs to strenghen.
