Porous ceramic membrane has advantages of high-temperature resistance,high dust removal efficiency,high mechanical strength,corrosion resistance,easy cleaning,so it becomes one of the most promising technologies in high-temperature dust removal.Support is the basis of the preparation and application of porous ceramic membrane,but there are still many problems such as high production cost and less material type.So in this paper,fly ash and coal gangue were used to prepare the support to reduce the cost of raw material,low temperature sintering is studied to reduce the process cost.It is expected that the tubular support?open porosity?30%,compressive strength?3.5 MPa?which can provide high air flux and high mechanical strength for the porous ceramic membrane can be prepared.So as to lay the foundation for the application of porous ceramic membrane in the field of hightemperature dust removal.At the same time,the high added value and high vilume of fly ash and coal gangue are realizedTo prepare the tubular support by using fly ash or coal gangue as raw material,methyl cellulose as binder,carbon powder as pore former and extrusion molding.XRF,TG-DSC,SEM and XRD were used to characterize the material and support.The main contents are as follows:?1?Preparation of fly ash based support by drying and demoulding.The excellent comprehensive performance tubular supports with open porosity 44.95%,compressive strength 8.92 MPa,air permeability 25.69 m3·h-1·m-2·kPa-1,and the radial shrinkage 2.04% can be fabricated under the optimized conditions: sintering temperature being 1000 ?,holding time being 2 h,fly ash being 99%,and binder being 1%.?2?Preparation of fly ash based support by Gradient drying.The excellent comprehensive performance tubular supports with open porosity 49.88%,compressive strength 4.95 MPa,air permeability 20.23 m3·h-1·m-2·kPa-1,and the radial shrinkage 2.33% can can be fabricated under the optimized conditions: sintering temperature being 1100 ?,holding time being 1 h,coal gangue being 97%,and binder being 3%.The effects of the presintering temperature and the amount of Al2O3 on the properties of the support were studied,shows that when the presintering temperature ?400 ?,can effectively avoid the cracking and deformation,the addition of alumina can enlarge the sintering temperature range,and at the same temperature,the addition of alumina is bad for sintering densification.Through the study of this paper,it lays the foundation for the preparation of porous ceramic membrane and its application in the field of high-temperature dust removal.
