The environmental pollution caused by coal burning has seriously restricted the rapid development of China’s energy industry and the entire national economy.At present,industrial boilers cannot be completely clean and burned.In order to alleviate the environmental pollution caused by their exhaust gases,it is necessary to strengthen the control of soot emissions.It is difficult to clean the surface of the economizer,affecting the heat exchange between the flue gas and the water,and the wear is serious.In addition,the bag filter is operated at high temperature for a long time,and is not used during the non-heating season,which tends to cause the surface of the bag to be knotted,reducing its service life and increasing the operating cost of the system.The high temperature ceramic membrane tube has the advantages of high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance and long service life.Therefore,it is used as a dust removal heat exchange integrated device to replace the traditional economizer and bag filter,reducing the processing link and reducing the system operation cost.Energy saving and environmental protection.It is planned to extract high-temperature flue gas volume of 1000m3/h,and carry out relevant calculations on the dust removal area,heat exchange area,pulse backflushing system and ash discharge device of the high-temperature ceramic membrane dust removal heat exchange integrated device,and design and draw each component.Related drawings.Established a test bench at Changchun Guoxin Heating Engineering Co.,Ltd.The dust removal efficiency and heat exchange capacity of the dust removal heat exchange integrated device are tested experimentally,and relevant experimental data are collected.After the experimental test,the average dust removal efficiency(99.0%)of the high-temperature ceramic membrane dust removal heat exchange integrated device is higher than that of the bag filter(96.0%-99.0%),and the original boiler main fan and integrated device fan Under the conditions of start-stop control and fan frequency conversion,the dust removal efficiency of the integrated device is different.When the resistance of the fan flue gas entering the dust removal heat exchange integrated device is the resistance of the ceramic membrane tube itself,the dust removal filtration efficiency is the highest.When the resistance overcome by the smoke is constant,the dust removal efficiency decreases as the amount of treated flue gas decreases.The flue gas side has different heat exchange capacities under the conditions of fan frequency conversion,flue gas valve adjustment,flue gas and water countercurrent and downstream flow.Under the experimental conditions,when the intake air flow rate is the same,the heat exchange capacity decreases with the increase of the intake air temperature;when the intake air temperature is the same,the heat exchange capacity decreases with the increase of the intake air temperature.The dust-removing heat exchange integrated device satisfies the national requirements for the emission of flue gas,performs heat exchange on the high-temperature flue gas while filtering and dust removal,and performs waste heat recovery of the flue gas.The dust-removing heat-exchange integrated device has a simple structure,small floor space,and is convenient for maintenance and installation.The ceramic membrane tube has high temperature and corrosion resistance and long service life without frequent replacement,which is of great significance for increasingly strict energy-saving and environmental protection requirements.
