Research On Construction Management Of TG Furnace Rolling Mill Renovation Project

Construction management is the core and soul of the management of project construction.Strengthening research on the management of TG coil rolling mill renovation project plays an important role in shortening the construction period,improving the construction quality and improving the efficiency of TG coil rolling mill renovation project.Therefore,further research on the management of TG coil rolling mill renovation project can not only guide the TG coil mill construction management work,but also can effectively improve the construction enterprises in the field of domestic and international market competitiveness.In this paper,in a set of the project construction management,we study the related issues on the management of TG coil rolling mill renovation project.On the basis of the theory of project management,project construction organization design and construction project management,we analysis the characteristics,difficulties,existing problems and causes of the project construction by combining with the TG coil mill project specific situation.According to the construction management target of the project,the construction organization structure of the TG rolling mill modification project is constructed,and the post responsibility of the main post is defined.We design construction project from three aspects of the total project design,construction design and project construction layout design,build the management system of TG coil rolling mill renovation project in schedule management,quality management,environment management and civilization construction management,and systematically establish the construction management measures.Specific measures are put forward in five aspects to strengthen the construction schedule management,quality management,construction project materials,equipment management,security management etc.The research conclusion of this paper has certain instructive effect on strengthening the construction management of the TG rolling mill transformation project,and can also provide experience for other types of reconstruction project construction.
