| Ethylene carbonate(EC)is a well-versatile high boiling organic solvent and synthetic organic intermediates,is widely used in textile printing and dyeing,synthetic polymer raw materials and used in electrochemical,etc.,in the organic chemical industry has Potential market value.C02 is a green natural resource,which is also the main cause of the global greenhouse effect.It has the advantages of large reserves,safe non-toxic and inexpensive.With ethylene oxide(EO)and C02 as raw materials,Into the preparation of ethylene carbonate,is an environmentally friendly and economical process line,but also synthetic ring carbonate C02 resource utilization of the typical case of success.In this paper,the process of separation and purification of ethylene carbonate was introduced.The technological process of separation of ethylene carbonate was determined.The direct distillation of ethylene carbonate synthetic liquid,the addition of industrial ethylene carbonate catalyst,the concentration of catalyst and ethylene carbonate The decomposition rate,the residence time and the decomposition rate of ethylene carbonate,the flashover catalyst and the heavy component of the ethylene carbonate synthesis liquid,the test result and the technological parameters of the ethylene carbonate refining tower,and the simulation calculation of the ethylene carbonate refining tower.Through the research process,the purity of ethylene carbonate reached 99.8% or more;the yield reached 95%.Indicating that the use of ethylene carbonate separation and purification process is reasonable and feasible,reducing the ethylene carbonate in the refining process of decomposition,to achieve the purpose of separation and purification of ethylene carbonate.And the relationship between the decomposition rate of ethylene carbonate and the concentration of the catalyst,the relationship between the decomposition rate of ethylene carbonate and the residence time,and the corresponding mathematical equation can be used as the reference for industrial design.The results show that the mathematical model used in the simulation is suitable for the simulation of the industrial system and can be applied to the industrial design calculation. |
