With the development of science and technology, the everlasting electromagnetic radiation that harms human body to a certain extent become full in the environment, which makes people began to enhance the safety awareness of the green development of wool knitted electromagnetic shielding fabric. Because of its excellent breathability, comfort and warmth, wool knitted electromagnetic shielding fabric turn out to be world-wide needed for electromagnetic shielding. This paper, taking the stainless steel fiber and wool blended fabric as the research object, combining with the yarn, fabric structure, attempts to Study on the factors that influence the shielding effectiveness of wool knitted electromagnetic shielding fabric.First of all, basing on the ideal type of electromagnetic shielding fabric, a research on the unique characteristic of wool knitted fabric gives a sight on the morphology of wool knitted electromagnetic shielding fabric. Analysis of the shield shape founds that the main factors that influence the shielding effectiveness of wool knitted electromagnetic shielding fabric is the structural characteristics of metal fiber blended yarn and fabric.Secondly, through knitting wool shielding fabric with different types and different metal fiber blended yarn of stainless steel filament content and the way of different specifications of the knitting fabric, this paper analyzes of the metal fiber and yarn, fabric weaving, metal fiber species, different stainless steel filament content, and through the shielding effectiveness of electromagnetic shielding fabric of wool knitting, it also investigates the metal fiber blended yarn and yarn structure on the influence of shielding fabric. The results show those factors have a certain impact on the shielding effect of metal fiber and yarn blended mode, type, and metal fiber content in stainless steel wool knitted electromagnetic shielding fabric.Furthermore, according to the fabric structure characteristics such as under filled coefficient, thickness, weight per unit area, density, fabric cover factor and fabric structure design and weaving a part of the sample, the parameters and electromagnetic shielding effectiveness of the fabric through the measurement, this paper discusses the influence of the six factors on the shielding effectiveness of the fabric. Results show that these six factors have a certain effect of shielding effectiveness on the electromagnetic shielding fabrics knitted.Finally, this paper summarizes the characteristics of metal fiber blended yarn structure, certain laws that influence the shielding effectiveness of wool knitted electromagnetic shielding fabric in fabric structure, which lays the foundation for the future to better research and development of wool knitted shielding clothes.
