Imidazoline amphoteric surfactant is an important type of surfactant,which plays an important role in surfactant industry.The advantages of imidazoline amphoteric surfactant is the most prominent has good biodegradation performance,can rapidly and completely degraded,pollution-free production;And the skin and eye irritation is very small,very good foaming;Negative and positive,and non-ionic surfactants have good solubility,bactericidal and inhibit mildew and other effects,and in the deployment of baby shampoo and baby sanitary products and has broad application prospects.In addition,it can also be used in many fields,such as cleaning agent,softening agent,textile auxiliary,metal polishing agent,corrosion inhibitor and so on.In this paper,lauric acid and diethylenetriamine as raw materials were synthesized from lauryl amide imidazoline intermediates and lauryl imidazoline intermediates by vacuum dehydration and heating stage,to detect the reaction degree according to the acid value and the actual amount of water,and the structure of the product was characterized by IR.Through the single factor experiment,the optimum process conditions of the synthesis of lauryl imidazoline intermediates for amine acid molar ratio of 1:1.2,the vacuum degree is 0.07MPa,the maximum reaction temperature is 2000?—2100?,the reaction time is 6h;The optimum technological conditions for the synthesis of lauryl amide imidazoline intermediates acid amine as the molar ratio of 1.8:1,the vacuum degree is 0.09MPa,the maximum reaction temperature is 200?—210?,the reaction time is 6h.With two different imidazoline intermediates with sodium chloroacetate was synthesized in two kinds of imidazoline amphoteric surfactant,innovative through reaction conditions of ammonium quaternary study of water soluble effect,determined the optimum conditions of the reaction surface active quaternary ammonium lauryl imidazoline amphoteric agent is the molar ratio of lauryl imidazoline intermediate with chlorine sodium acetate is 1:2,the reaction temperature is 80?—90?,the reaction time is 4h,the acidity of pH=7.5—8.5,feeding mode for adding sodium chloroacetate;lauryl amide imidazoline amphoteric surfactant suitable quaternization reaction conditions for the material ratio of 1:2,reaction temperature 80?—900?,reaction time is 4h,acidity pH=7—9.Based on the two kinds of imidazoline amphoteric surfactant solution analysis and molecular structure of the selected water soluble imidazoline amphoteric surfactant is good,and the surface tension,wettability,heat resistance and antistatic property were studied.
