Clinical Observation Of Xin Kai Kui Jiang Method In The Treatment Of Spleen Deficiency And Dampness Syndrome Of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

Objectives:Through preliminary clinical observation to observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of the acrid bitter drop method for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease Spleen permit.Methods:The group includes the patients who met the inclusion criteria, exclusion criteria. The major parameters were assessed by main Chinese medicine clinical symptom score and total Chinese medicine clinical symptoms symptom score; the minor parameters included subsidiary symptom score and PRO-scale integration. The data is statistically analyzed to identify the efficacy of the acrid and bitter drop method.Results:This study includes60cases of subjects. The major parameters were assessed by main Chinese medicine clinical symptom score; the minor parameters included subsidiary symptom score and PRO-scale integration.(1) The major parametersThe main symptoms score points to improve:the integral of the main symptoms before and after treatment were15.67±7.60,9.35±5.77, significant difference (p=0.00<0.05) before and after treatment was statistically significant.The total symptoms score points to improve:the integral of the total symptoms before and after treatment was26.77±10.30,15.70±8.07, significant difference (p=0.00<0.05) before and after treatment was statistically significant.(2) The minor parameters1) The subsidiary symptoms points improve:the points of subsidiary symptoms points before and after treatment were11.10±4.91,6.35±3.60, significant difference (p=0.00<0.05) before and after treatment was statistically significant.2) PRO scale:The status of reflux before and after treatment respectively was 7.58±3.64,4.77±3.13; indigestion status before and after treatment respectively was10.57±5.60,6.28±3.86; systeemic conditions before and after treatment respectively was6.90±3.99,4.10±3.06; defection status before and after respectively was3.13±2.97,1.52±1.46; psychosocial status before and after respectively was5.43±3.18,3.02±1.99; social status before and after respectively was0.70±1.41,0.50±1.11; the total score before and after treatment respectively was34.4±15.21,20.5±10.82. Therefore, in the PRO scale regardless of physical condition, defecation status, psychosocial status in the total score before and after treatment in score have a significant difference (p=0.00<0.05).(3) EfficientThe total effective rate of main symptom scores before and after treatment was65%; the total effective rate of the total symptom score was76.6%; the major parameters of chinese medicine clinical symptom score and the total symptom score both before and after treatment in score have a significant difference (p=0.00<0.05).Conclusion:Acrid bitter drop method can improve the clinical symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease Spleen syndrome symptoms, minor symptoms,but also improve the symptoms of the patient’s psychological and social function. The Acrid bitter drop methed plays an important role in the escalation therapy in the Spleen refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease Antacid.
