| Purpose:Combining with the data mining technology and clinical observation, to explore the distribution of tongue and pulse condition of slow arrhythmia patients and the association rules of tongue and pulse- Chinese medicine with the slow arrhythmia in the treatment of Traditional Chinese medicine.Material and method:Use "sick sinus syndrome", "slow arrhythmia" "bradycardia", "Chinese medicine" as the search term, to search Wan Fang Data, CNKI Chinese Journal Full-text database, VIP database and CBM CD-ROM database, supplemented by literature retrospective, manual searches and other methods to collect the official publication domestic published between 1990-2013 related literature about slow arrhythmia research, with SPSS Statistics 20.0 and SPSS Clementine12.0 as data mining tools for mining, Apriori algorithm in association rule mining algorithms as a basis, and Python as data preprocessing language, to explore the distribution of tongue and pulse condition of slow arrhythmia patients and the association rules of tongue and pulse- Chinese medicine with the slow arrhythmia in the treatment of Traditional Chinese medicine. At the same time, collecting the information of 60 slow arrhythmia patients who come from the outpatient and inpatient department of the hospital of Liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine during Fer.2011—Fer.2015. we observe and record clinical symptoms, tongue, pulse condition of the 60 patients, and establishing a database by using the Microsoft Excel software and SPSS 20.0 software, and then we analyzed the results. Based on the data mining research, we make a reasonable collocation with the high frequency, strong correlation Chinese medicine which appeared in research, in order to form a new prescription. In the 60 patients, we select the similar ones based on the result of the data mining. And then we divided them into treatment group and control group. The two groups were given conventional treatment; expect the conventional treatment, the treatment group still use the new prescription, After 3 courses of treatment, we observed the improvement of Holter、clinical symptoms, tongue and pulse in two groupsResults:1. There are 320 kinds of Chinese Medicine used in the treatment of slow arrhythmia in the Literature mining, in accordance with the frequency from more to less(take the top ten) were: monkshood(58.34%), cassia twig(51.19%), Astragalus(47.45%), the root of red-rooted salvia(45.97%), licorice(39.27%), dwarf lilyturf(38.48%), Chinese angelica(34.73%), Asarum(33.14%), codonopsis pilosula(30.31%), Ligusticum wallichii(29.17%). 2.The common pulse in slow arrhythmia are retarded pulse、deep pulse、knotted pulse. The strongest association is the retarded pulse- monkshood(38.67%), and then can be cassia twig(37.48%)、astragalus(33.93%)、licorice(27.85%). 3. The common tongue in slow arrhythmia are pale tongue and thin white fur, The strongest association is licorice(43.33%), and then can be cassia twig(39.47%)、astragalus(38.07%)、monkshood(38.07%). 4. The clinical symptoms of slow arrhythmia include palpitations, chest tightness, shortness of breath, fatigue, dizziness, cold limbs, Yaoxisuanruan, more urine, insomnia, eating less, abdominal distension, spontaneous perspiration. From the clinical observation of the 60 slow arrhythmia patients, we found that their common pulses are also retarded pulse、deep pulse、knotted pulse, their common tongues are also pale tongue and thin white fur. After using the new prescription, we observed the holter of the two groups before and after therapy. 24 h average heart rate of the treatment group before and after treatment makes sense, P<0.01, the control group makes no sense, P>0.05. Observing the clinical symptoms of the two groups before and after treatment, the total efficiency of the treatment group is 90.0%, the total efficiency of the control group is 6.67%.At the aspect of tongue and pulse, the total efficiency of the treatment group is 90.0%, the total efficiency of the control group is 35%.Conclusion:1.The common pulse in slow arrhythmia are retarded pulse、deep pulse、knotted pulse. The strongest association is the retarded pulse- monkshood, and then can be cassia twig、astragalus、licorice. The common tongue in slow arrhythmia are pale tongue and thin white fur, The strongest association is licorice, and then can be cassia twig、astragalus、monkshood. 2. The common traditional Chinese medicine which can treat slow arrhythmia include monkshood、cassia twig、astragalus、the root of red-rooted salvia、licorice、dwarf lilyturf、Chinese angelica、asarum、codonopsis pilosula、Ligusticum wallichii.By using these medicine, we made a reasonable collocation, the new prescription can treat slow arrhythmia and bring good effect at the tongue and pulse condition. |
