| Purpose:we observe the clinical curative effect of eye acupuncture treatment to patients with Ophthalmoplegia is caused by acute brainstem infarction.Material and method:This study uses multi-center,random design method, in 2013 march during — 2015 march, visits to First affiliated hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,The General Hospital o f Shenyang Military,affiliated Rehabilitation Institute of Liaoning Univers ity of Traditional Chinese Medicine, three central match selected Chinese m edicine diagnosis of apoplexia—attack on meridians(double vision), weste rn medicine for the diagnosis of acute brainstem infarction(Ophthalmoplegi a), in accordance with the inclusion criteria and exclusion standard of ca ses the, a total of 67 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group;30 patients in the control group were treated with conven tional therapy(treat basic diseases, Positive control blood sugar、Proper c ontrol of blood pressure、Pay attention to regulate water and electrolyte ba lance、 infection prevention,Thrombolysis、anti-platelet aggregation、Impro ve cerebral circulation、neuroprotective agents、Brain edema is obvious to t he dehydration of intracraninal pressure);37 patients in the treatment gro up were treated with eye acupuncture treatment on the basis of conventional therapy, the main points focus on the upper energizer,lower energizer,k idney, liver,heart,spleen area, two groups were treated for 14 days,ob served the linical effect.The clinical observation showed that the rate of total effective n Treatment group was94.59%,,while in control group it was 76.6%,,with significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05). Results:Conclusion: The treatment to Ophthalmoplegia is caused by acute brainstem infarction.with eye acupuncture treatment is better and safer than control group.It is worth learning and application. |
