Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Rectal Cancer With Low Anterior Resection Syndrome By Inhibiting Liver And Spleen And Soaking

Objective: To study the curative effect of the treatment of the low anterior resection syndrome of rectal cancer by the method of yiganfupishensh of TCM.Methods: 61 patients with low anterior resection syndrome of rectal cancer were included in the standard. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group. To observe the various indicators of patients: The first is the anal function index including including records of patients with defecation,defecation time, control force, feel bowel function and meaning; The second is the main symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine including food less poor appetite,stool texture, abdominal distension and abdominal pain, anxiety and depression,belching frequency; The last is anal canal rectum manometry including anal resting pressure,anal maximal systolic blood pressure,anal maximal contraction and rectal sensory threshold.Results: The clinical research showed that the observation group and the control group in the efficacy of anal functional evaluation index, the main symptoms of TCM, anal manometry, and oral Chinese medicine group(observation group) is superior to western medicine symptomatic treatment group(control group), the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion : Compared with Loperamide hydrochloride capsules of Western medicine, oraling with chinese medicine granules of the effect of yiganfupishenshi can improve symptoms and signs of patients with the low anterior resection syndrome of rectal cancer clinical more better. The TCM treatment can relaxe mood,promoting digestion of spleen and stomach, soliding stool and improve anal function of patients. So it can improve the quality of life of patients.
