| The quality of medical services to people’s life safety and health, but also the key to the survival and development of hospital. In recent years, the quality of medical services can not meet the demands of the people and lead to tension in the doctor-patient relationship, medical dispute has become an important social problem in the harmonious development of our society.In this paper, by using literature method, questionnaire survey and interview of behavior event, design and test "public hospital medical service quality questionnaire". By using item analysis, internal consistency analysis, factor analysis and validity, construct the evaluation index system of the quality of medical services in public hospitals. The model consists of five dimensions, sorted by weight from high to low: take the patient as the center, the level of medical service, convenience, service process, service attitude and medical ethics and the hospital’s internal and external environment.On this basis, select the A hospital as the research object, carries on the investigation to the current situation of service quality. A hospital medical service quality score in the last ten rows were: A hospital medical service quality in the last ten rows were: the treatment process, standing in the clear point of view of the problem, the order of patients(registration, treatment, medicine etc.) good, patient convenience, medical environment, inform the patient’s disease, accurate and timely to listen patiently, take the initiative to understand the needs of patients, the accuracy of orders and clarity, cases were the price reasonable. This shows that several patients on medical service quality evaluation is low, need to improve.Therefore, the presence of A hospital medical service quality problems can be categorized into four aspects: the treatment process is not reasonable, long waiting time, process design is not reasonable, the doctor-patient communication is not smooth and comfortable medical environment is not enough.Through the investigation on the river A status of the hospital medical service quality, combined with the actual situation of A hospital, found the reason for the above problems are: the influence of planned economy system, the one-sided pursuit of economic benefits, the hospital management system can not adapt to the request of the doctor, the consciousness of thinking behind the development of the socialist market economy and the allocation of health resources is not old all.Finally, from the establishment of patient-centered service concept, improve patient satisfaction, strengthen the construction of hospital culture, pay attention to the details of management, improve the basic medical quality and improve the system process and convenience measures, further planning of medical behavior and put forward specific suggestions. |
