Gehua Jiechen Fang had no significant effect (p>0.05) on the immune organ index two kinds of mice.3. Gehua Jiechen Fang the two hepatocellular carcinoma transplant model has a certain extent, in situ tumor inhibition rate of 53.79%, subcutaneous tumor inhibition rate of 37.05%.4. Gehua Jiechen Fang can significant improvement two kinds of mice TNF-α, SOD (p<0.05 or p<0.01), but the difference was not statistically significant (p>0.05) between the two groups model.Conclusion:1. Aspects of mice with H22 hepatoma cells transplanted subcutaneous and orthotopic model of tumor formation rate, immune organ index were not significantly different.2. Gehua Jiechen Fang of the two liver transplantation model have some inhibitory effect on in situ tumor inhibition rate 53.79% higher than the subcutaneous tumor inhibition rate of 37.05%.3. Gehua Jiechen Fang for the two kinds of mice effect No significant difference (p>0.05), immune organ index, TNF-a, SOD and other indicators of the impact were similar (p> 0.05);4. These conclusions can be drawn between the two kinds of liver transplantation model of Gehua Jiechen Fang reaction was no significant difference, subcutaneous transplantation model easier than orthotopic model, it is more suitable for subcutaneous transplantation model Gehua Jiechen Fang effects on liver cancer in mice research.
