Clinical Study On Fuzheng Oral Liquid In The Treatment Of Colorectal Cancer After Chemotherapy And Qi And Blood Deficiency

Objective: In this study,we observed the clinical efficacy of Fuzheng Oral Liquid in the treatment of colorectal cancer afterchemotherapy,and discussed the effectiveness and safety of Fuzheng Oral Liquid in the treatment of cancer-related fatigue.It is expected that the treatment of cancer-related fatigue to provide new ideas and direction.Methods:60patientswhomettheinclusioncriteriawererandomlyassignedtothetreatmentandcontrolgroups,each group of 30 cases,Given the two groups basic treatment,the treatment group plused treated with Fuzheng oral solution,continuous observation of 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,the TCM syndrome score,the Revised Piper’ s Fatigue Scale score,KPS score,peripheral blood,immune index,general safety index,and adversereactionsweremeasuredinbothgroups.Theefficacyandsafetyof Fuzheng Oral Liquidin thetreatment of cancer-related fatigue were evaluated by observing the scores of TCM syndrome score,the Revised Piper’ s Fatigue Scalescore,KPSscore,peripheralbloodandimmuneindicatorsbeforeandaftertreatment.Results: There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score,the Revised Piper’ s Fatigue Scale score,KPS score,peripheral blood and immune index before treatment(P> 0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment: 1.In the clinical symptoms,TCM symptomsefficacy showed thatthetreatment group canbetterreducethesymptomsof patients than the control group(P <0.05);2.In the degree of fatigue,the Revised Piper’ s Fatigue Scale showed that the fatigue grade of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P <0.05);3.In the quality of life,the treatment group KPS score improved better than the control group(P <0.05);4.In the peripheral blood,hemoglobin suggested that the treatment group was more effective than the control group to better alleviate the fatigue caused by anemia(P<0.05);5.In the immune function,the treatment group was betterthan thecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion: Fuzheng Oral Liquid shows a certain therapeutic effect in the treatment of cancer-related fatigue.It can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce the level of fatigue in patients,improve the bodyimmunity,anditissafeandworthytobepopularizedandused.
