| Objective:Objective to investigate the incidence of anxiety and depression in patients with dry eye,we use the method of soothing the liver and relieving depression,to evaluate the intervention effect of Xiaoyao Powder.Methods:Collecting 272 patients with dry eyes according with inclusion criteria.They would be evaluated by Self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),self rating Depression Scale(SDS),hospital anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS).272 patients with dry eyes were divided into control group and treatment group.70 cases of the control group(A group):reducing the use of computer and mobile phone rate,improve the living habits of the general treatment +0.1% Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops eye(Western Medicine).The treatment group was divided into B group and C group.B group of 81 cases: general treatment + western medicine treatment + TCM syndrome differentiation.C group of 71 cases: general treatment + western medicine treatment + Xiaoyao Powder addition and subtraction.The tear film break-up time(BUT)and tear secretion test(SIT)were compared before and after treatment.Results: According to the results of the self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),there were 125 cases of anxiety in the data of the 272 cases(accounting for45.95%),Anxiety occurred in 147 cases(accounting for 54.04%).Analysing anxiety in patients with dry eye from four aspects of gender,age,course of disease,the severity of the disease The incidence rate of female was significantly higher than that of male.There was a positive correlation between different age groups,course of disease,illness and anxiety,and all had statistical significance(P<0.01).The results of the self rating Depression Scale(SDS)show that:from the 272 valid data,no depression occurred in 129 patients(accounting for 47.43%),the incidence of depression was 143(accounting for 52.57%).Analysing anxiety in patients with dry eye from four aspects of gender,age,course of disease,the severity of the disease The incidence rate of female was significantly higher than that of male.There was a positive correlation between different age groups,course of disease,illness and anxiety,and all had statistical significance(P<0.01).The results of the hospital anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)show that::from the 272 valid data,There were 58 patients without anxiety symptoms(accounting for 21.32%),anxiety symptoms occurred in 214 cases(accounting for78.7%),no depressive symptoms occurred in 65 patients(accounting for23.89%),depressive symptoms occurred in 207 cases(accounting for76.10%).Analysing anxiety in patients with dry eye from four aspects of gender,age,course of disease,the severity of the disease The incidence rate of female was significantly higher than that of male.There was a positive correlation between different age groups,course of disease,illness and anxiety,and all had statistical significance(P<0.01).The three groups were compared with each other,after treatment,the effect of each group was statistically analyzed: General treatment + western medicine treatment + traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation treatment group and general treatment + western medicine + Xiaoyao Powder addition andsubtraction group treatment effect is better than the general treatment + western medicine treatment group.The method of soothing liver and relieving depression has good clinical effect in the treatment of dry eye syndrome,but the treatmen of the general treatment + western medicine treatment + TCM syndrome differentiation treatment groupt is better.There was significant difference between the groups,and it was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The results showed that patients with dry eye were more likely to suffer from anxiety and depression,especially in middle-aged women.It has a good clinical curative effect to treat the patients with dry eye by soothing the liver and relieving depression,however,according to the theory of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,the effect is more significant,and can achieve the best clinical efficacy in clinical practice. |
