The Application Of Turmeric In The Clinical Course Of Encephalopathy And The Curative Effect Of Jianghuang Yizhi Capsule In The Treatment Of Vascular Dementia And Phlegm And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:(1)To study the compatibility rule of Jianghuang and its compound in the treatment of encephalopathy,and to provide theoretical basis for the application of turmeric in the treatment of encephalopathy;(2)To study the clinical effect of Jiang Huang Yizhi capsule in the treat ment of vascular dementia.Methods:(1)Collection of 23 empirical prescription for the treatment of encephalopathy from contemporary doctors,collection of 73 empirical prescription for the treatment of encephalopathy from comprehensive medical books;Count and analyze compatibility rules of the 96 prescription drug;(2)72 patients with vascular dementia were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method.Two groups in the case of a single blind were to take Jiang Huang Yizhi capsule,Nimergoline capsule,even for 6 months;Before taking the group,90 ± 3 days after treatment,180 ± 3 days after treatment 3 observation points to observe the clinical efficacy and safety indicators of two groups.Results:(1)In the 96 empirical prescriptions for the treatment of encephalopathy found that the use of blood-activating and stasis-resolving drugs up to 27.33%,tonic drugs17.92%,heat-clearing drugs11.38%,exterior-releasing drugs 10.93%,drugs for calming endogenous wind 8.06%,drugs for resolving phlegm relieve cough and asthma5.02%;Clustering analysis of specific compatibility drugs can be grouped into six categories: The first category is Jianghuang,;The second category is Chuanxiong,Angelica;The third category is Safflower,Astragalus,Licorice,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Peach kernel;The fourth category is the Silkworm,White peony,Pueraria;The fifth category is Poria,Rhubarb.The remaining drugs are a class.(2)The total effective rate(87.88%)in the observation group was better than that in the control group(70.58%)after 6 months of treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.013<0.05).Compared to the control group the observation group have a better effect in the cognitive ability(Mo CA score),daily living ability(ADL score),TCM syndrome,the difference was statistically significant(Z=-2.486、-1.984、-3.926,P=0.013、0.047、0.000<0.05).In the objective basis of improving the lesion,the MR results showed that the degree of stenosis was improved and the cumulative volume of the lesions was better than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the safety aspects: the two groups of patients were not obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:(1)We can intuitively come to that turmeric compatible more with blood circulation drugs in the treatment of encephalopathy,such as Chuanxiong,Angelica.According to the characteristics of different clinical symptoms to compatibility of drugs for removing stasis and regulating qi,tonic drugs,heat-clearing drugs,exterior-releasing,drugs,drugs for calming endogenous wind.(2)Turmeric Yizhi Capsule can significantly improve the cognitive function,daily living ability,cerebral artery stenosis rate and reduce the lesion volume of brain tissue in patients with vascular dementia.
