Based On Data Mining Analysis Of Professor Liu Shangyi's Medication Characteristics For Treating Cancer Pain And Clinical Research Of Wenyanghua Syndrome

The first partBased on the data mining of Chinese medicine master professor Liu Shangyi clinical medicine characteristicsObjective:To analysis the professor Liu Shangyi treatment of cancer pain medication experience by useing the Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance Support Platform System.Methods:Collecting the prescriptions for cancer pain given by Dr.Liu,then the data were entered into TCM inheritance support system and composing principles were analyzed by using datamining methods such as revised mutual information,complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical cluster.Then the medication characteristics of Liu Shangyi professor in the treatment of cancer pain was analysised.Results:Based on the analysis of 258 Prescriptions,the frequency of each herb and association rules among the herbs were computed,18 core combinations and 9 new prescriptions were mined from the database.Conclusion:Liu Shangyi professor mainly uses the promoting qi circulation and relieving pain herbs,heat-clearing and detoxifying herbs,nourishing yin herbs to treat cancer pain from its root cause and symptoms.It is very helpful to famous old Chinese medicine inheritance by screening out Liu Shangyi professor's prescription for treatment of cancer pain,using the Traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance Support Platform System.The second partClinical study of intervention of cancer pain of Wenyanghuazheng GaoObjective:To observe the clinical effect of Wenyanghuazheng Gao in the treatment of cancer pain.Methods:All the cases of 160 cases were randomly divided into treatment group(100 cases)and control group(60cases),the control group was given Oxycodone Hydro-chloride Prolonged-release Tablets 10mg as starting dose,oral,12hours ltimes;based on the treatment of the control group,treatment group was given the Wenyanghuazheng Gao,every day a paste,every 6-8 hours,7 days for a course of treatment.During treatment,the two groups could be used peer support therapy,short-acting and quick-releaseing drug was timely used to deal with outbreaks of pain therapy.According to the titration dose,oxycodone hydrochloride Prolonged-release Tablets dose should be adjusted.After the treatment,NRS score,the number of outbreak of pain Painkiller douse,KPS scores and QOL scores were compared between two groups.Results:(1)the total effective rate of the two groups was 99 cases(98.9%)in the treatment group and 57 cases in the control group(95%).There was no significant difference between the two groups,p>0.05.(2)NRS scores comparison:by recording the NRS scores before treat(d0),and after the seventh day(d7),with statistical analysis.There was no significant difference between the two groups(p>0.05).(3)Frequency of outbreak pain comparison:the treatment group was(2.313 ±3.466)times,the control group was(4.330 ±4.053)times,the frequency of outbreak pain in the treatment group was less than the control group,there was significant difference(p<0.05).(4)KPS score comparison:before and after the treatment,the KPS score was compared between the two groups with the statistical analysis,there was not significantly different.(5)QOL score comparison:before and after the treatment,the QOL score was compared between the two groups with the statistical analysis,the difference was statistically significant,but there was no significant difference between the groups.(6)Painkiller douse comparision:before and after the treatment,the amount of painkiller was compared between the two groups with the statistical analysis,there was significantly different(p<0.05).(7)Security comparision:the two groups during the treatment period was not significant difference.Conclusion:Wenyanghuazheng Gao has graet analgesic effect for treatment of patients(phlegm and blood stasis resistance)with cancer pain,It have a certain extent to improve the patient's quality of life.Wenyanghuazheng Gao is safe and effective,non-toxic side,and simple to use.It provides the basis for the treatment of pain and is worthy to promot,which provides a new treatment approach for cancer pain in combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment.
