Research On The Regularity Of Prescription And Medication In Modern Literature Of External Treatment Of Traditional Chinese Medicine For Cancer Pain

Purpose:to collect and sort nut the data needed in this study by searching the literature about external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for cancer pain in CNKI network resource database,and calculate the medication rules of external treatment of traditional Chines-e medicine for cancer pain through software aided analysis,so as to provide reference for clinical practice.Materials and methods:a computer-based search was conducted in CNKI network resource database with the key words of "cancer pain","traditional Chinese medicine"."external application" "external application","collapsing stains","external application" and"external application" The time limit was from 1990 to 2020.Then,according to the pre-determined inclusion and exclusion criteria,the articles were screened manually The literatures that did not meet the inclusion criteria were excluded,and the prescriptions that met the inclusion criteria were extracted and entered into the "excelp" t able.The corresponding database was established.The TCM inheritance auxiliary system was used to make statistics on the medication frequency,four Qi and five flavors,meridian tropism,etc.,and the medication rules and drug core combination were analyzed.Results:1.After screening,a total of 210 literatures were included in this study,and each prescription had differences.249 Chinese herbs were used,and a total of 1952 herbs were used.2.The external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is divided into 602 times of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,159 times of opening orifices,139 times of expelling wind and dampness,128 times of clearing heat,100 times of hemostasis,95 times of calming liver and wind.95 times of resolving phlegm,relieving cough and asthma.94 times of warning interior,92 times of relieving exterior,67 times of attacking poison.killing insects and relieving itching,66 times of diarrhea,66 times of regulating qi,50 times of tonifying deficiency,and diuretic There were 11 taste times of dampness,7 taste times of calming nerves,6 taste times of dampness,5 taste times of digestion,3 taste times,of astringency,2 taste times of heat clearing and detoxification,2 taste times of insect repellent,and 2 taste times of detoxification and saprophytic muscle.3.The nature and taste of drugs:This study mainly divided drugs into three categories:warm drugs,cold drugs and mild drugs,978 times of warm drugs,480 times of cold drugs and 325 times of mild drugs.The main drugs were spicy and bitter,1320 and 1097 respectively,and the rest were sweet 250,salty 177 and sour 36.The main drugs were liver meridian(1251)and Spleen meridian(1076),followed by Heart Sutra(838),Lung meridian(437)and Kidney meridian(347),stomach(349),large intestine(145),gallbladder(61),bladder(53),pericardium(47),small intestine(17)and Triple Energizer Meridian(17).4.Cluster analysis was carried out on 21 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,which were divided into 8 groups:the first group:frankincense,safflower,myrrh,borneol,corydalis,ginger,cinnamon,toad venom.The secondgroup:frankincense,myrrh,borneol,indigo naturalis,dragon’s blood,rhubarb,mirabilite,Chuanxinng.The third group:frainkincense,myrrh,borneol,corydalis,a&arum,clove,fennel,cinnamon.The fourth group:borneol.frankincense,Curcuma,Sagittaria,scorpion,myrrh.Sparganium,centipede.The fifth group:borneal,frankincense,dragon’s blood,myrrh,Rhizoma Corydalis,Paris,woodlouse worms,and Radix Aconiti.Group 6:Radix Aconiti,borneol,frankincense,Rhizoma Arisaema,myrrh,Pinellia ternata,semen Strychni,rhiznma corydalis.Group 7:frankincense,myrrh,borneol,xuchangqing,toad venom,musk,nux vomica,zedoary,group 8:boneol,cantharis,centipede.zednary,mubiezi,nux vomica.Sparganium,Chuanwu.Conclusion:1.Homeol,frankincense,myrrh and Corydalis.were used more frequently than other drugs.2.The prescriptions for cancer pain are divided into 21 kinds of drugs,such as promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,resuscitation,and dispelling wind and dampness.Among them,the proportion of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis is significantly higher than that of other kinds of drugs.It can be seen that in the treatment of cancer pain,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis has always been paid attention to clinically,and most of the causes of cancer pain are caused by blood stasis.3.The treatment of cancer pain mostly uses warm medicine,because the malignant tumor is a chronic consumptive disease,therefore mostly uses warm medicine;traditional Chinese medicine believes that pain is mainly caused by obstruction or failure,and the drugs are mainly pungent and bitter except for warming and tonifying,so as to achieve the purpose of dispersing and dissipating;the most channel tropism is liver and spleen meridians,with the most five viscera and less six Fu organs.4.Drug cluster analysis:a total of 24 traditional Chinese medicines were divided into 8 groups by cluster analysi,which were commonly used in the treatment of cancer pain.
