Correlation Between Syndrome Differentiation Of TCM Syndrome And Infrared Thermography In Gastric Pain

ObjectiveTo explore the correlation between Tradition Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and infrared thermography,and to provide some reference for the application of infrared thermal imaging technology in TCM Dialectics.Method130 cases of stomach pain,according to the Chinese medicine dialectical and grouping:pathogenic cold invading the stomach,liver qi,phlegm and stop invading stomach stomach,dampness and heat in stomach,blood stasis blocking stomach,stomach yin deficiency,spleen and stomach,stomach to stop eating.The subjects through the survey questionnaire and Tradition Chinese medicine syndrome elements differentiation diagnosis system WF-III Chinese medicine(auxiliary)diagnosis software for diagnostic analysis,study on the characteristics of syndrome elements;and the IR236M medical image detection system of human body scanning,the scanning range of the epigastrium,back,hands,face,infrared temperature record Pishu Yu,Stomach Yu,Liver Yu,Zhongwan,Changmen,Qimen,Danzhong,facial and hand viscera reflection region.Result1.Stomach pain syndrome is the stomach,spleen and liver;Stomach disease syndrome frequency:Yang Qi deficiency>Qi Stagnation>indigestion>heat>Yin deficiency>cold>wet>blood stasis>phlegm.2.Infrared thermal imaging findings,the left and right sides of healthy group acupoint temperature had no significant difference(P>0.05),stomachache subjects on both sides of acupoint temperature were asymmetric,there were significant differences(P<0.05);The cold evil guest of stomach group,spleen deficiency group,spleen Yu,stomach Yu,Zhongwan acupoint temperature was low than the healthy group(P<0.05);The stomach was damp and stomach yin deficiency group spleen Yu,stomach Yu,Zhongwan acupoint temperature than the healthy group(P<0.05);The remaining stomach syndrome meridian points in comparison with healthy group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.Hand,facial reflection infrared thermal imaging results show that the cold syndrome group(cold evil guest stomach group,spleen deficiency group)blood stasis group,phlegm heat stomach wet nose,lip stop stomach group was significantly lower than the healthy group,heat syndrome group(damp stomach group,stomach yin deficiency group)the calorific value of the nose and the lips were higher than those of the healthy group(P<0.05);cold syndrome group(cold evil guest stomach group,spleen deficiency group)hand spleen and stomach area lower than healthy group,heat syndrome group(stomach damp group,stomach yin deficiency group),diet stop stomach group,blood stasis group hand spleen and stomach area temperature is higher than the healthy group(P<0.05).Conclusion1.Common stomach disease syndrome factor for stomach,spleen,liver,disease syndrome of Yang deficiency,qi stagnation,dyspepsia.2.Cases of stomach pain infrared temperature spleen Yu,stomach Yu,liver Yu presented temperature asymmetry on both sides,reflecting the stomach disease location can be analyzed by infrared thermal imaging,disease location and infrared thermal imaging has correlation.3.Disease natureof spleen and stomach,deficiency of Yang in the cold temperature region of acupoints,face and hand the more cool deviation,disease natureof heat,deficiency of the spleen and stomach temperature acupoints,face and hand corresponding multi thermal deviation,show disease cold,heat,Yang deficiency,yin deficiency and have obvious regularity in the infrared thermal imaging,strong correlation.4.Disease natureof blood stasis and dampness,phlegm,indigestion,and no obvious regularity in the infrared thermal imaging figure of spleen and stomach area acupoints,face and hand in the corresponding,there can be no significant deviation,can appear calorific value deviation,cool thermal deviation,because these five kinds of disease without obvious infrared correlation.5.The characteristics of infrared thermal imaging are related to the location of stomach disease and the syndrome elements of the disease,which can provide some reference for the analysis of the syndrome elements of disease,cold and fever.
