| Psoriasis is a skin problem in the world,the quality of life of patients and the emotional impact of serious,at present there are many methods for the treatment of psoriasis,such as external treatment,treatment,physical therapy,psychological therapy,exercise therapy,but there are many limitations,especially the method of Western medicine side effect is big,expensive.But the Chinese medicine treatment of psoriasis has a long history,the side effect is small,the price is cheap,the recurrence rate is small,has certain advantages.Percussopunctator is a kind of acupuncture treatment methods,by tapping the skin lesions to blood stasis,dredging the meridian weeding through the old to new,the role of research shows that the plum blossom needle has better clinical curative effect the plaque type psoriasis."Huo xue san yu tang"is the"Zhao Bingnan clinical experience in treatment of Baibi"party on behalf of the party with blood stasis,blood stasis,Qi stasis effect.This research mainly through clinical observation of plum blossom needle To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Pricking Bloodletting combined with Blood Stasis Decoction in the treatment of plaque psoriasis pressure.This paper is divided into two parts,the first part is clinical research,the second part is literature review.The part of clinical research:Objective:To study the Percussopunctator clinical efficacy and safety of bloodletting combined with Blood Stasis Decoction in the treatment of plaque psoriasis,improve the safety for the treatment of plaque type psoriasis,effective treatment of patients with psoriasis.Methods:from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from September 2015 to December 2016 in the outpatient department of dermatology.62 cases of plaque type with random number the generator were randomly divided into treatment group into two groups:Percussopunctator acupuncture cupping Blood Stasis Decoction;control group:Blood Stasis Decoction,two groups were treated for 6 weeks.To observe the two groups before and after treatment of the lesion area,erythema,infiltration,scales and PASI score,pruritus,change of TCM Syndrome by SPSS17.0.The statistical software,using X~2 test,rank sum test,t test was used for statistical analysis.Results:62 patients completed the clinical study,two groups in all 31 cases,the two groups in age,duration,gender and other general comparison had no significant difference(P>0.05),PASI score in the two groups before treatment,TCM syndrome score and symptom score,lesion area(scales,infiltration,erythema)scores had no significant difference(P>0.05),which can be comparable to.PASI score between the two groups,TCM syndrome score and lesion area,erythema,scales,infiltration score,PASI score of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),indicating"Huo xue san yu tang"with plum needle prick bleeding combined with"Huo xue san yu tang"Decoction on plaque psoriasis has better curative effect,two After treatment,no significant difference(P>0.05).Pruritus score,two groups of patients after treatment of pruritus score were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),was a significant difference between that Percussopunctator combined with"Huo xue san yu tang"and"HUO xue san yu tang"can improve the degree of itching;two groups after treatment there(P<0.05),that Percussopunctator combined with"Huo xue san yu tang"in improving the degree of itching is better than"HUO xue san yu tang".The clinical curative effect,the total efficiency of treatment group was 93.5%,74.1%in the control group,significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),the total efficiency of the treatment group than the control group.The results showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),No adverse reactions of the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion:Percussopunctator can effect of Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of plaque psoriasis bloodletting combined with"Huo xue san yu tang",good safety,suitable for promotion in clinic.Literature review:Research Progress of psoriasis,including the ancient literature on psoriasis disease,symptoms,pathogenesis and therapeutic methods of understanding the records,modern Chinese medicine and Western medicine pathogenesis and treatment of psoriasis records. |
