Clinical Observation Of Yishen Huayu Decoction In Treating Lumbar Spinal Stenosis (Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis)

Objective: This topic proposed by observing Yishenhuayu decoction on kidney and blood stasis type disease of lumbar spinal stenosis(LSS)in patients with symptoms,signs,etc,with the objective index to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the compound,for the LSS treatment of Chinese medicine research and curative effect of patients will be better to provide an effective and feasible treatment method.Methods: Choose between January 2016 and December 2016,the first affiliated hospital of hunan university of TCM orthopedics hospital wards,western medicine diagnosis of lumbar spinal stenosis(kidney and blood stasis type)in 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group be Yishenhuayu decoction,control group oral Yaotongpian,take 4 weeks,and at the same time to stay in bed,anti-inflammatory,dehydration and other conventional treatment.Using the VAS(Visual Analog Scales)score as pain score,by JOA period as a curative effect evaluation standard.Results:1.Two groups of cases of patients with general information such as age,gender,course of proportionality has no obvious difference.VAS score,JOA period there was no significant difference,the two groups were comparable.(P > 0.05).2.Group comparison: after 4 weeks after treatment in both groups lumbocrural pain(VAS score)and intermittent claudication(JOA period)is significantly lower before taking the medicine,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.The comparison between groups: after 4 weeks of treatment,treatment group VAS scores than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.4weeks after treatment in both groups of clinical curative effect comparison: treatment group total effective rate was 96.67%,control group total effective rate was 93.33%,two groups of treatment are effective.Two groups of patients during treatment no significant side effects,adverse reaction and allergic phenomenon.Conclusion: Kidney blood decoction on kidney and blood stasis type of lumbar spinal stenosis disease has definite curative effect,can effectively improve waist pain in patients with LSS,intermittent claudication,such as clinical symptoms and signs,improve survival in patients with better quality.
