Clinical Observation Of Closed Negative Pressure Drainage Combined With Xiangpi Shengji Ointment In The Treatment Of Diabetic Foot Ulcer

Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of the closed negative pressure drainage technology(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)combined with Xiang Pi Sheng Ji ointment for Wagner2-3 grade of diabetic foot ulcer.Methods: Selecting patients who were in line with the diabetic diagnostic standard of WHO in 1999 into three groups according to random number method,glucose controlling,complication controlling,anti-infection and surgical debridement were given to the three groups of paients.The experimental group(group A)shall be treated with closed negative pressure drainage technology,the treatment group(group B)shall be treated with VSD combined with Xiang Pi Sheng Ji ointment,and the control group(group C)shall be treated by Xiang Pi Sheng Ji ointment only.Record the shrink rate of the wounds of the three groups of patients after treatment in 7 days,14 days,and 21 days respectively,coverage rate of granulation tissue,the thickness of granulation tissue,clearance rate of bacteria after treatment in 7 days,and the required time of operation conditions(skin grafting or flap transplantation)when granulation tissue fill in the wound after treatment.Results: 1.The shrink rate of wound,the coverage rate of granulation tissue,the thickness of granulation tissue and the clearance rate of bacteria in the three groups after treatment showed that the three therapies were effective.2.The shrink rate of wound,the coverage rate of granulation tissue,the thickness of granulation tissue and the clearance rate of bacteria in group B were significantly higher than those in group A and group C after treatment,and the treatment group(group B)was superier to the experimental group(group A).3.Comparing the required time of operation conditions(skin grafting or flap transplantation)when granulation tissue fill in the wound after treatment,the experimental group(group A)and the treatment group(group B)were obviously shorter than the control group(group C),and the treatment group(group B)was shorter than the experimental group(group A).Conclusion: VSD combined with Xiang Pi Sheng Ji ointment therapy has a good effect on diabetic foot ulcer wound,can effectively promote the healing of the wound and shorten the course of the disease.
