Objective: to observe the six grind soup flavored enema treatment the clinical curative effect of chronic functional constipation qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome..Methods: This study collected 60 cases of chronic functional constipation qi stagnancy and blood stasis syndrome patients,randomly divided into two groups,treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases.On the basis of general treatment,treatment group with six grind soup flavored enema treatment,control group to open the plug enema treatment.Observe stool and scoring,record before and after treatment the 30 th day of defecation time interval,the traits of excrement and urine,the difficulty of defecation,single,defecation time and accompanied symptoms(abdominal distension abdominal pain,body tiredResults: 1,two groups of patients before treatment in the degree of disease,primary and secondary symptoms,age,gender,and course evaluation,etc.There was no statistically significant difference,comparable.2,comprehensive clinical treatment group total effectiveness 60.0%,comprehensive control group total effectiveness 33.3%,effective treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group,the difference is statistically significant.3,two groups of patients after treatment,the symptoms integral,defecation time interval,a single food,defecation time,abdominal pain,abdominal distension and decreased by the statistical analysis of the difference was statistically significant,fecal character,defecate difficulty there was no statistically significant difference,the body tired weakness,suggest to use four grinding soup flavored enema treatment in patients with chronic constipation defecate time interval,a single defecation time,abdominal pain,abdominal distention,food loss symptoms improved significantly.4,two groups of patients stop 30 days after treatment,the recurrence rate in treatment group was 14.3%,the control group was 58.3%,after statistics analysis,two groups of patients with recurrence differences statistically significant suggests six grind soup flavored enema treatment of chronic functional constipation in patients with long-term treatment effect is better than the open plug dew.Conclusion: Six grind soup flavored enema of qi and blood stasis type of chronic functional constipation has good therapeutic effect,safety and good,can be used for the treatment of chronic functional constipation.
