Analysis And Prevention Of Complications During Interventional Treatment Of Intracranial Aneurysms

Intracranial aneurysm is due to cerebral vascular abnormalities caused by tumor-like lesions,once the rupture of aneurysm will bring patients with high risk of disability and death,a serious threat to the patient’s life and health.A survey shows that the disease morbidity and mortality is very high,is a serious harm to social and human health.Clinical practice shows that surgical craniotomy and interventional therapy can play a very good result in the treatment of the disease,but along with the advance of science and technology and the innovation of new medical technology,interventional therapy has been proven by clinical practice to treat arteries Tumor of the preferred method.In response to this,this article specifically analyzes the causes of complications during interventional treatment of intracranial aneurysms,and advances some effective preventive measures.Firstly,the related research contents are summarized.Mainly on the definition of intracranial aneurysms,intracranial aneurysms epidemiology of the status quo and intracranial aneurysms of traditional therapy and interventional therapy were stated and analyzed.Secondly,the common complications and causes of interventional treatment of intracranial aneurysms were analyzed,and the clinical complications of the disease were observed and studied.Finally,the control measures of common complications in interventional treatment of intracranial aneurysms were put forward.Respectively,do a goodjob of preoperative evaluation of patients,the rational use of interventional materials and appliances,strictly regulate the operation,increase anticoagulation,blood pressure expansion of the observation and treatment,increase the course of treatment of patients with vital signs and the use of Comprehensive nursing intervention to patients care.
