Based On The Theory Of "kidney Should Be Winter", The Effect And Mechanism Of Chinese Herbal Medicine For Invigorating Kidney And Replenishing Essence On Postmenopausal Osteoporosis Were Discussed

1.ObjectiveTo study the effective and advantages of Kidney Invigoration on the changes of indicator of bone metabolism biochemistry of TCM which invigorate the kidney and essence replenishment on treatment in winter of postmenopausal osteoporosis.2.Methods2.1 Animal ExperimentThe experimental model of postmenopausal osteoporosis was produced in the ovariectomized rats,48 rats were divided into six groups:Summer blank group,Summer model group,Summer treatment group,Winter blank group,Winter model group,Winter treatment group.Both Treatment group were administered with TCM decoction which invigorate the kidney and essence replenishment respectively,while the control group administered with placebo saline solution.Summer groups' course of treatment is from 2016-5-5 to 2016-7-27,Besides,Winter groups' course of treatment is from 2016-11-7 to 2017-1-29.Observed Bone specific Alkaline Phosphatase,Estradiol,Melatonin,Type I collagen carboxy-terminal peptide and Calcitonin after treatment.2.2 Clinical TrialReview 64 cases of postmenopausal osteoporosis,divided them into experimental group and control group.The experimental group 33 cases were treated with TCM which invigorate the kidney and essence replenishment,while the control group 31 cases were treated with Caltrate D,Two groups' course of treatment is from 2015-11-18 to 2016-1-20.Observed Phosphorous,Calcium before and after treatment;Observed Bone specific Alkaline Phosphatase,Bone Gamma-carboxy glutamic-acid-containing Proteins,Bone Mineral Density,Estradiol,Melatonin,Type ? procollagen carboxyl-terminal peptide,Type I collagen carboxy-terminal peptide,Type ? collagen amino-terminal peptide and Calcitonin annual indications.3.Results3.1 Result of Animal ExperimentThere were significant differences in CT,CTX and E2 between the model group and the control group(P<0.05),which means the POP models established successfully;There was significant difference in P level between Summer treatment group and Summer model group(P<0.05),but Ca,BALP,CT,E2,MT levels were significantly different between Winter treatment group and Winter model group(P<0.05).3.2 Result of Clinical TrialAfter treatment,BMD decline rate and serum calcium of the two groups were improved,and the improvement of experimental group is superior to control group,but the BMD and Ca signs have no statistical significance difference(P>0.05);After treatment,the serum phosphate level of experimental group increased,and there was a statistical significance between control group and experimental group in P improvement(P<0.05).After treatment,the rising rate of CTX and NTX in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,But the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the rate of CT increase rate was higher than that of the control group,And in the two group of CT value determination of frost solar term.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group serum E2,MT increased in winter and summer was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05);the level of serum BALP in experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05)in Guyu solar term,during winter and spring and summer,experimental group increased serum BGP value were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),experimental group serum PICP was significantly higher than that of the appreciation of the control group during summer(P<0.05).4.ConclusionBased on the theory of Kidneys Governing Bone and Kidney Corresponding with the Winter,Using TCM which invigorate the kidney and essence replenishment on treatment in winter of postmenopausal osteoporosis has certain curative effect of promoting bone formation,suppressing bone resorption and maintenance internal secretion stabilization;Besides,results shows that the theory of taking medicine in accordance with suitable time has a certain extent clinical guiding significance.
