With the rapid development of China’s industrialization,The problems of occupation disease have been attracted more and more attention,To prevent,reduce and eliminate the occupation risk,protect the workers health and related rights have been incorporated into the orbit of the legal system,and also is one of the key indicators to measure the effectiveness of the government work.Up to now,the research work of occupational health risk assessment is in the initial stage,and various assessment methods emerge in an endless stream,but in rules and regulations of our country,there are still lack of a simple and easy quantitative assessment method.Therefore,to explore a quantitative,scientific,objective and operational evaluation of occupation health system.It not only has important significance to identify,prevent,control and eliminate occupational hazards,but also can improve the work efficiency of the supervision department and protect the life and health of workers.In this study,the American EPA inhalation risk assessment model and Semi quantitative risk assessment model of occupational exposure to chemical poisons in Singapore are used to quantitatively describe the acute,chronic,carcinogenic and non-carcinogenic effects of harmful chemical factors on workers’ occupation disease in enterprises.At the same time,it also can quantitatively evaluate influence of chemical substances on the human body under the long time and low concentration exposure.Using the risk assessment index method to fully consider the influence of work time,personnel exposure frequency,personal protective level and health level of occupational-disease-inductive factors to evaluate the effect of physical factors and dust on workers.Using the occupational health management evaluation model to calculate the quality of enterprises in establishment of the system and daily occupational health management.Using the maximum principle of risk,and combining the above process,to evaluate the occupational health risk management level.Occupation health management of two chemical industry enterprises in Tianjin were selected as the study case,to detected the concentration of occupational hazard factors and investigated the quality occupational health management,and calculated the comprehensive risk management level of the two enterprises.The results showed that 1 enterprises occupation hazards risk level is medium risk,the results of occupation health management is 0.63,the level of occupation health management result pass(C),the enterprises should be strengthen supervision,the frequency of supervision and monitoring is 2 times/year;2 enterprises occupation hazards risk level is moderate risk,the results of occupation health management is 0.72,the level of occupation health management result pass(B),May carry on the regular surveillance to this enterprise,the surveillance and the monitoring frequency is 1 times/year.In the process of detection,part of the point is below the detection limit,and no serious exceed the standard point,.Thus in the occupation health management,enterprises need to focus on strengthening enterprise system construction and the consciousness of individual wearing protective equipment on workers.And add the work of professional health inspection.The evaluation system not only fully considered the inherent risk factors of occupational disease hazard,but also takes into account the offset of daily occupational health management,it can provide scientific research methods and research system for assessing the quality of enterprise’s current occupational health management and improving the supervision efficiency and management level of the safety production supervision and management department.
