Study On The Distribution Rule Of TCM Syndromes Of Cough After Infection

Purpose:Of liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine affiliated hospital outpatient children with on-site survey and study the TCM syndrome of children cough after infection distribution,provide reference for clinical dialectical classification.Material and method:From January 2016-December 2016,liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital pediatric outpatient children with cough after infection.Through literature study,expert consultation and the survey of feedback correction method,inductive and design of infection after cough syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine dialectical classification standards.To adopt prospective study,establishes the cough after infection clinical investigation table,questionnaire survey method,by reference to social medicine after infection in 114 cases included in the standard of children with cough syndrome investigation,exploration,conclude and summarize the TCM syndrome distribution regularity of cough after infection,provide reference for clinical dialectical treats.Results:1.After the infection of cough,common there are 5 kinds of syndrome types,respectively for phlegm heat cough,phlegm wet cough,wind and lung,Yin deficiency,dry cough and lung deficiency chronic cough five types.2.Each composition is as follows:(1)the main symptom of phlegm hot cough,cough,yellow sputum,ropy sputum,cough weightier,sore throat,hoarseness,hot face red,bitter mouth,thirst,grew restless,urine short red,dry stool,red tongue or dark red,and yellow moss,pulse sliding and powerful.(2)the phlegm wet cough,cough,white sputum,thin sputum,cough sound weightier,loss of appetite,abdominal distension,fatigue,defecate syrup,pale tongue,white or white greasy moss,pulse and smooth.(3)the wind and lung,cough,cough up white phlegm,sputum thin,hoarseness,sore throat,the evil wind,stuffy nose,runny nose,spontaneous sweating,fatigue,pale tongue,moss thin white,pulse.(4)Yin phlegm-heat type.:cough,cough white phlegm,sputum sticky,dry mouth,sore throat,hoarseness,night sweats,hand,foot and hot heart,red tongue,less moss,pulse count.(5)lung deficiency chronic cough,cough,cough sound,white sputum,thin sputum,spontaneous sweating,fatigue,voice low,red tongue,moss thin white,pulse,pulse.3.114 cases included in the standard after infection in children with cough,phlegm heat cough(33.33%),phlegmy wet cough(28.07%),the wind and the lung(18.42%),Yin deficiency dry cough(12.28%),lung deficiency chronic cough(7.90%),the cause mainly for phlegm,heat,wind,Yin deficiency,qi deficiency.Conclusion:1.The infection after cough syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine is mainly divided into wet cough phlegm hot cough,sputum,wind and lung,Yin deficiency,dry cough,lung deficiency chronic cough five types,of which the most wet phlegm heat cough and phlegm cough.2.Etiology mainly by phlegm,heat,wind,Yin deficiency,qi deficiency is given priority to,more factors.
