Purpose:Through analyzed the case history in department of dermatology of NO.7 People’s Hospital in Shenyang in the past two years,sum up the clinical features and the treatment experience of generalized pustular psorisasis,strengthen the understanding of the disease,to provide a reference for prevention and treatment for the future.Material and method:Make a retrospective survey from February 2014 to November 2016,make the registration list of sex,age,course of disease,onset season,incentives,history of disease,family history,living habits,skin rashes,special involvement,simultameous phenomenon,laboratory examination,previous treatment,length of stay,treatment method and efficacy of generalized pustular psorisasis in dermatology of NO.7 People’s Hospital in Shenyang,apply to the Statistical Methods to draw the conclusions.Results: 1.General situation:In total 182 patients were treated,95 cases were male and 87 cases were female,male to female ratio was 1.09:1.The average age was 46.55±17.92 years old.The age at onset was 44.04±18.65 years old.The course of disease ranged from 2 days to 40 years.Average length of stay: 24.24±14.06 days.The disease happens more common in winter and spring.2.Incentives:In 122 cases were did not find the predisposing factors,and infection was the predisposing factor for 19 cases,medications for 37 cases and other factors for 4 cases.3.Disease history:29 cases deny any of the disease history.Other cases both had one or more of the disease history,based on upper respiratory infection,hypertension and coronary heart disease.4.Family history :5 cases had a family history of psoriasis vulgaris.5.Laboratory examination:White blood cell increased of 82 cases;90 cases of neutrophils increased;platelet count increased of 22 cases;43 cases of abnormal urine;28 cases with abnormal liver function;total bilirubin increase of 18 cases;indirect bilirubin increase of 14 cases;16 cases of renal dysfunction;uric acid increase of 20 cases;blood calcium decreased of 29 cases;total protein and the albumin decreased of 98 cases;57 cases with dyslipidemia;32 cases did germiculture of blister fluid,and 14 of them were negative;CRP increase of 57 cases;Hs-CRP increase of 26 cases;IgE positive 67 cases;T cell subsets with abnormal in 30 cases while 30 cases did the check.6.Treatment outcome:Cured:106 cases,markedly improvement:67 cases,effective:1 case,ineffective:8 cases,total effective rate:98.8%.Conclusion: 1.Generalized pustular psorisasis has a long course,and can easily replase,happens at any age,both male and female can get the disease.The disease happens more common in winter and spring.2.Generalized pustular psorisasis etiology is not clear,but it has connection with infections and the improper use of medication.3.The effctiveness is prominent by combine traditional Chinese and western medicine on treated generalized pustular psorisasis,the effective rate is 95.05%.
