Based On The Literature, The Research On The Excavation Of The Related Medical Drugs

Hui medicine is the traditional medicine of hui nationality,which is the medical theory of the Hui people fight with disease in the process of its development,and it’s on the base of absorption and inherited the ancient Greek,Roman and Arab islamic medicine combined with Chinese traditional Chinese medicine forming a unique system of Hui medicine.what’s more,it is an important one in traditional folk medicine in China.Based on the Hui medical literature,this paper has started to excavate and collate the relevant discourse of Hui medicine toxicity,in order to improve the importance of the Hui medicine relevant contents in the modern study,and promote the development of Hui medicine.The research is carried out mainly through the following three aspects.1.Introduction of Hui medicine and the progress of modern research.Through intensive reading the Hui medicine monographs to tease the history and medicine basic theory of Hui medicine,find the hui people using the Hui medicine for a long time in the life,and the Hui medicine has its unique theory system,and the Hui doctor emphasized the safety of the application of toxic drugs.Therefore,it is feasible to systematically excavate and collate the relevant discourse of Hui medicine toxicity.Paper summarizes the progress of the Hui medicine modern research,founding most of that are pharmacology and pharmacodynamics experiment research of prescription,and the drug toxicity related studies are little.The research reports on the toxicity of the Hui medicine were less and mainly focused on the experimental study of the drug toxicity composition and the experimental study on the toxicology experiment and the method of drug recovery.And there are few literature studies on the toxicity of Hui medicine.Therefore,this paper based on the literature to excavate and collate the relevant discourse of Hui medicine toxicity ’s researching is necessary.2.Literature research on the relevant discourse of Hui medicine toxicity based on classical literature.Which mainly divided into the meaning of the Hui medicine "toxicity",the single toxic drug and its attenuated method,and toxicity thought three parts.Paper based on<Hui Hui Yao Fang>,<Hai Yao Ben Cao>,<Hui Yao Ben Cao>,<Rui Zhu Tang Jing Yan Fang>and<Yin Shan Zheng Yao>Hui medicine monographs,summarizes the meaning of the Hui medicine "toxicity",which contain more,involving the cause of disease,syndrome and drugs three aspects.The "toxicity" of drugs are related to drug toxicity,drug properties.And the "toxicity" of the cause of disease and syndrome contain many kinds of classification,and the book has a detailed record of its treatment and medication.It can be seen from the above that there are many related records of the Hui medicine "toxicity" in Hui medicine monographs,and the embryonic form of Hui toxicity thought has been formed.Paper based on the ancient Hui medicine monograph<Hui Hui Yao Fang>,<Hai Yao Ben Cao>,and the modern Hui medicine monograph<Hui Yao Ben Cao>,<Chinese Hui Nationality Medicine>,collecting and sorting the records of toxic drugs in each book,and 129 toxic drugs were collected from the four books mentioned above.The results showed that the modern Hui medicine was based on the toxic drugs contained in the ancient medicine monographs and added some new toxic drugs,whic expand the scope of the knowledge of Hui medicine to toxicity and it is worth to further study.Paper based on the<Hui Hui Yao Fang>,<Hai Yao Ben Cao>,<Hui Yao Ben Cao>and<Rui Zhu Tang Jing Yan Fang>Hui medicine monographs,collecting and sorting the records of attenuated method of toxic drugs in each book.The results show that the attenuated method are including processing attenuated,compatibility attenuated and some other methods of detoxification.The processing attenuated are 7 kinds of cleansing,stir-frying,roasting,cooking,processed with vinegar,processed with wine and oil extraction.The drug that used in Hui medicine prescription of<Hui Hui Yao Fang>and<Rui Zhu Tang Jing Yan Fang>Hui medicine monographs was analyzed correlation,founding21 groups and 1 groups of commonly used compatibility drugs with toxic drugs,and analyzed the possibility of compatibility attenuation between some drugs and toxic drugs.Other detoxification methods include emetic,dose,and decoction.Paper based on<Hui Hui Yao Fang>,<Hai Yao Ben Cao>,<Hui Yao Ben Cao>and<Chinese Hui Nationality Medicine>Hui medicine monographs,founding the concept of Hui toxic drugs mainly refers to toxic drug,drug intense property.The toxic Hui medicine can be classified into toxic drug and animal drugs.There is a preliminary toxicity grading idea in the toxicity thought,moreover,in the distribution of toxic reagent toxicity,there are many slight toxic and poisonous.In the treatment of poisoning,the Hui doctor has a certain understanding of guiding treatment and drug use for treatment.In the statistical analysis of toxic drug in<Hui Hui Yao Fang>,foud Croton(70),Wanaqi(66)and Peking euphorbia root(61)etc are used more frequently,and its doses used are mostly higher than those prescribed by modern regulations.3.Comparative study.The first half of paper based on the classic literature of Chinese traditional medicine,and the comparative study was carried out on the concept of toxic drugs,classification of toxic drugs,classification of toxicity,and total toxic drugs between Hui medicine and Chinese traditional medicine.The results showed that both the Hui medicine and traditional Chinese medicine recognize toxic drug and drug intense property,but Chinese medicine has a more detailed understanding of the drug’s partial toxicity.In the classification of toxic drugs,the basis of classification of Hui medicine and traditional Chinese medicine is different,so the classification at different levels is not the same.In the toxicity grading,the traditional Chinese medicine is more detailed and accurate than Hui medicine.There are 18 toxic drugs in common toxic drugs.The toxicity of 10 of these drugs is different.Second part of the paper,the comparative study of common toxic drug between Hui medicine and Tibetan medicine,Mongolian medicine and Uighur medicine,fouding the Hui medicine with them have common toxic drugs,and some common toxic drugs have certain differences in their toxicity.Above all,the paper based on the Hui medical literature to excavate and collate the Hui medicine "toxicity" and the toxicity theory to provided a certain basis for subsequent Hui medicine poisonous and toxic experiment of related research.
