Russia as a friendly neighbor of China, exchanges and cooperation between the two countries year by year, the two countries to understand the language of the professional talented person's demand is more and more big, the Chinese as a skill in the position in Russian's career development is becoming more and more important.Language is for communication of the service, the most basic form of communication is to talk, if you can't grasp the standard pronunciation, without good pronunciation, certainly will affects the effect of communication, so we want to speech teaching and learning to think much of it. Heilongjiang university is located in heilongjiang province and Russia distance very close, foreign students is given priority to with Russian students of heilongjiang university, in their voice in the learning process will appear all sorts of errors, some errors can be corrected in time, some errors are always accompanied by the whole Chinese learning, and even forever. This paper collected some of Russia's foreign students learning Chinese phonetic errors, from the negative transfer of mother tongue and target language negative transfer analysis of the reasons for errors, puts forward a few not quite mature teaching strategy. Bias problem is that there have been problems in phonetic teaching and learning, however, bias is also learning a language is inevitable, we can do only through investigation and study to minimize errors, the errors for teaching Chinese as a foreign language, for foreigners to learn Chinese, is a significant work. Phonetic teaching content is introduced in this paper is aimed at Russia students bias fraction of hope for the future of phonetic teaching has certain help.
