This article researches on the discourse preposition frames from three aspects, namely ontological study, learners’ usage study based on Corpus, acquisition order study based on questionnaire.In chapter 1, We firstly study the preposition and Quasi-particle combination patterns and find the common combination and restricted combination,which are influnenced by the semantics and the syllables of the preposition and Quasi-particle,as well as the idiomization degree of the frame.Syntactically,discourse preposition frames share similar functions, most serve as the sentence first modifier and the sentence adverbial, less serve as object or attribute;Semantically, the discourse preposition frames can be divided into:scope perspective,example perspective, subject perspective, object perspective,property perspective, basis perspective.The same frame may belong to different kinds and there are differences between frames of the same kind.Lastly,we make clear the looming mechanism,that is, prepositional looming is confined to idiomized frames while Quasi-particle is more flexible,namely illegal without Quasi-particle,legal without Quasi-particle,legal or not depends.In chapter 2, we study the learners’s usage through HSK dynamic composition corpus.By comparing the learners frequency with native speakers frequency,we find,the higher utilization of native speakers is also more often used by learners.The frames of all kinds are in descending order according to the correct rates:property perspective<scope perspective<object perspective<example perspective<basis perspective<subject perspective. In errors section, we focus on the error types,including prepositional errors,Quasi-particle errors, intermediate components errors,overall frame errors, syntax errors.The prepositions errors are prominent.In chapter 3,we use questionnaires to research on learners’ discourse preposition frames acquisition order. The objective acquisition order is object perspective<basis perspective<subject perspective<property perspective<scope perspective<example perspective. The subjective acquisition order is scope perspective< object perspective<example perspective<basis perspective<property perspective<subject perspective.The insufficient relevance is maily because learners underestimate the difficulty of scope perspective while overestimate the difficulty of the subject perspective, so two sequences show a great difference. Generally speaking, whether it is each class frame or each class sub-items, with the increased level of learning, learner’s learning effects are all on the rise. But there are also some frames whose middle-level correct rate is very close to the advanced,indicating that such a frame is of similar difficulty to middle-level learners and advanced learners.
