Investigation And Study On The Implementation Of Chinese Pinyin Normative Standards For Teaching Chinese As A Foreign Language

It's more efficient for foreign students to learn Chinese with Chinese phonetic alphabet.The Scheme for the Chinese Phonetic Alphabet and Basic Rules of the Chinese phonetic alphabet orthography play an important role in standardizing Chinese character and pronunciation.Compilation of TCSL Textbook is under way with lots of problems in terms of the spell of Chinese phonetic alphabet.The paper is based on the rules of the Scheme for the Chinese Phonetic Alphabet and Basic rules of the Chinese phonetic alphabet orthography,investigating and summing up the problems of the Chinese phonetic alphabet in the TCSL textbooks to give corresponding suggestions.The article is divided into seven parts:Introduction part is about the research of background and significance,study of the methods and the object,the thoughts and theories and literature review.The first part involves initial consonant.To introduce the requirements in the Scheme for the Chinese Phonetic Alphabet and list the problems in the TCSL textbooks,also survey the solution of y and w.Without initial consonant,y and w need to be added in syllables which starting with i,u,u.The second chapter focuses on the flaws of vowels in the TCSL textbooks.Survey indicates that the number of the vowels doesn't live up to the standards.Almost all the TCSL textbooks are in lack of-(?),-i(?)and e.If there is ab initial consonant,iou,uei and uen need to change into iu,ui and un.The third chapter is a survey of the tonal modification of.According to the Scheme for the Chinese Phonetic Alphabet and the phonetic notation of,most TCSL textbooks mark with phonetic notation according to the tonal modification.The forth chapter is a survey for the spell of the four-character idioms' phonetic notation.List the rules in the Basic rules of the Chinese phonetic alphabet orthography,then illustrate 20 types of the spell of the four-character idioms' phonetic notation.The fifth chapter gives the suggestions and analysis from different angles on solutions.The last part is a summary of the article that puts forward the innovation and shortcomings of the study.
