| Technique training is the backbone of dancing, through which dance performance capability can be improved. Legs are one of the most important body parts on which technique training is focused. The goal of technique training is to enhance muscle strength without enlarging muscles which may compromise leg shapes. How to achieve this goal is a dilemma faced by both dance instructors and students Therefore, it is imperative to examine this issue and find out its solutions.This research intends to explore factors contribution to leg muscle enlargement due to technique training by examining muscle sharp changes among students at a dancing school. Students participated in a 12-week training program. By comparing leg muscle changes among students in control group with those in experimental group,this study finds that enhancing inner muscle strength will improve leg shape. |
