For a long time,China's colleges and universities play professional on talent training is more pay attention to the cultivation of “elite” in the field of drama art.This kind of training mode continues today,as the field of Chinese drama has trained a large number of talents,development of Chinese drama played an important role.According to the traditional thinking of personnel training,the performance of students to enter colleges and universities,professional learning means that its dedicated to show your business in the future,therefore,became the drama of drama major education in colleges and universities personnel training base,some success has been achieved.The drama talents with the development of era,the society,to the students in this major challenges for the future development.Social diversified economy,culture,tend to be diversified,the industrialization of college drama professional adjustment,it's need to seek new development in college education.Higher professional theater on the talent training at present in China need to undertake the important task is to develop with performance skills suitable for social development demand of “mastering many skills while specializing in” type?“ability to composite” type talent cultivation.This makes the original has been difficult to achieve the new drama professional education pattern in colleges and universities personnel training goal,but on the concept of education from the cultivation of the performing arts talent to talent cultivation of social performance.The drama talents from extended to social application in the field of art stage.The students of the major professional development space is larger,the inheritance and development of Chinese drama also played an important role.In this paper,from the study of drama teaching present situation,the development of drama teaching thinking.From five parts for research.The first chapter: introduction;The second chapter,drama professional teaching present situation,from the professional orientation,enrollment,courses,teachers,and to study the employment;The third chapter,show the development of professional teaching thinking,from the aspects of innovation education,the teaching quality,the college entrance examination system are studied;The fourth chapter,university drama professional improvement measures;The fifth chapter,the application of pluralistic thinking drama teaching in colleges and universities,to teaching,performance and the choice of the diversification of teaching work.
