Friendship satisfaction refers to the subjective definition of the individual's own friendship and the Integral assessment of the extent to which the individual's quality of friendship satisfies the psychological needs,including the individual's understanding of others(such as the subjective judgment that a friend can become a confidant)And the understanding of the self(As the degree of friendship can meet their own inner needs).The purpose of this study is to reveal the characteristics of the satisfaction of junior high school students and its influencing factors,to explore the mechanism of emotional intelligence,interpersonal efficacy and friendship satisfaction in junior high school students,and to improve level of friendship satisfaction of low-satisfaction students in friendship indirectly by taking Group counseling for their interpersonal efficacy.Theoretically expanding the research scope of friendship satisfaction of junior high school students,providing the scientific basis and guiding the education of junior high school students' mental health education in practice.This study can be divided into two parts.Study No.1,650 junior high school students in a junior middle school in Xi'an were selected to analyze and explore the characteristics of the friendship satisfaction of junior high school students and the influencing factors by using the emotional intelligence scale,adolescent interpersonal performance scale and adolescent friendship satisfaction scale.Study No.2,47 of 94 students with low degree of friendship satisfaction were selected as the experimental group to improve the degree of friendship satisfaction indirectly by taking Group counseling of interpersonal communication efficacy for 2 months with 9 parts.The main results are as follows:1.Among junior high school students,boys have a higher level of friendship satisfaction than girls;first and second grade students have a higher level of friend-ship satisfaction than third grade students.Single children have higher Level of friendship satisfaction than non-only child.Non-boarding students have a higher level of friendship satisfaction than boarding students.Urban students have higher levels of friendship satisfaction than students from rural area and towns,and students in towns have higher levels of friendship satisfaction than students in rural area.2.There were significant differences in the satisfaction degree of students with different levels of emotional intelligence.The friendship satisfaction of junior high school students,who have high emotional intelligence,was significantly higher than those of low emotional intelligence,and interpersonal conflict was significantly fewer than low emotional intelligence junior high school students.3.There is a significant positive correlation among emotional intelligence,interpersonal performance and friendship satisfaction.What's more,the emotional management and communicative ability of others have important predictive effect on friendship satisfaction.4.Interpersonal efficacy plays an intermediary role between the junior high school students' emotional intelligence and friendship satisfaction.5.Group intervention For the interpersonal skills of high school students can indirectly improve the level of friendship satisfaction of junior high school students.Conclusion:1.The degree of friendship satisfaction among junior high school students is at the middle level,rural students lower than urban students and students in towns in friendship satisfaction,and girls' is lower than boys',boarding students' lower than non-boarding students'.2.There is a close relationship among friendship satisfaction,emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication efficacy,and high emotional intelligence individuals have a high degree of friendship satisfaction,Interpersonal communication efficacy can further explain the mechanism of friendship satisfaction.3.The current mental health education of junior high school students should pay attention to the cultivation of students' interpersonal communication efficacy,especially to strengthen the cultivation of students in rural areas,girls,non-only students,boarders and senior students.
