The 21 st century has entered the era of globalization.The Model United Nations in the international backgrounds,based on the domestic and global perspectives,has a positive impact on developing critical thinking,opening international vision,shaping international awareness,and enhancing students’ sense of responsibility in the era.It provides a training platform for cultivating international innovative talents.The purpose of this study is to combine the first classroom with the second classroom of the Model United Nations to explore a training model to improve the students’ international vision,through investigating the influences of the first classroom with the second classroom of the Model United Nations on students’ abilities and literacy and analyzing their advantages and disadvantages.The paper tries to develop a capstone curriculum which integrates with international relations,international organizations,international politics,international relations,international law,writing,and advanced spoken language,to improve the international vision of undergraduate students.Based on the research of the study,it raises questions about how to improve the international vision of graduate students,whether the capstone curriculum of Model United Nations can cultivate and develop graduate students’ international vision,and what abilities it can develop.This paper uses literature research methods,observation methods,interviews and questionnaires to investigate the undergraduates of Heilongjiang University.The research shows that the second classroom can improve graduates’ international vision,communicative ability,teamwork and leadership,information literacy and so on.Although the first classroom has a positive influence on students’ international vision,intercultural understanding,ethics and responsibilities,it has a little influence on communicative ability,teamwork and leadership.Therefore,in order to improve the university’ s international vision and capabilities,it is necessary to develop a capstone curriculum based on the Model United Nations,combining the first classroom with the second classroom of the United Nations,which based on the results and statistical analysis of the research,to cultivate the international and innovative talent.
