Research On Improving The Training And Selection Mechanism Of Outstanding Young Cadres In Dalian

Young cadres as my party cadres important part of the team composition,the quality of the selection of outstanding young cadres training mechanism,will directly affect the future success of the party organization and team-building or not.Dalian region improved training and selection of outstanding young cadres to study the mechanism exists in theory and in practice the double meaning:From the theoretical point of view,to explore the outstanding young cadres training mechanism in Dalian,helps accumulated rich experience in countermeasures,recognize the problem,strengthening the theoretical foundation;in fact,through the cultivation of improved selection mechanism to help strengthen Dalian outstanding young cadres training and selection efforts,and improve team building,promote the rapid economic and social development in Dalian.Through literature research,training and selecting young cadres abroad carding mechanism theory,a comprehensive analysis of information,combined with the practice of survey interviews,quantitative and qualitative research methods,training and selecting young cadres in Dalian analyze the status quo,namely knowledge of young cadres,reserve situation,education,selection and appointment mechanism for analysis.After obtaining the results,sort and identify the problems of the current training and selecting young cadres in Dalian mechanism,and finally put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the training and selection of young cadres mechanism.Study abroad existing theory and practical experience,based on interviews with actual survey data for the study,in-depth research and analysis,put forward constructive suggestions more targeted,to supplement the current theory,ushering in the future outstanding Young cadres training development path selection mechanisms to promote mature and perfect training and selecting young cadres in Dalian work.
