Legal Regulation Of Government Electronic Data Opening

The arrival of the era of big data will inevitably bring conception changes of government public services and management,how to promote the modernization of national governance systems and governance capacity in the era of big data has become an important issue,which is confronted with the government.The opening of electronic data provides a new way and a new thought for the innovation management of the government,only when we grasp the direction of the times and meet the requirements of citizens for fine data,can we build a service-oriented government of people's satisfaction.Based on the comparative analysis of the similarities and differences between the government data opening and the government information opening,this paper systematically discusses the operation mode of government data opening and the problems encountered in the process of opening up,and then puts forward the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures from the perspective of administrative law.
