Research On The Convergence Of Old And New Policies In China's Transition Period

The period of social transformation is an important period in which society is old and new and interests are being redistributed.During this period,many public policies need to be adjusted and updated to make them more adaptable to changes in the policy environment and effectively achieve policy objectives.However,there are still many problems and obstacles in the convergence of policies before and after adjustment and the coordination of old and new policies.Firstly,this paper uses case analysis,literature analysis,systematic analysis and other methods to sort out the process of policy transition and the development of policy convergence in China's transition period.Second,it proposes several problems in the process of convergence between the old and new policies and analyzes the reasons for them,in analyzing the old and new policies.Based on the interactions and effects of convergence,the countermeasures to solve the problems are proposed.Finally,it is recognized that policy convergence is an indispensable link in the process of policy operation.The effect of policy convergence affects the realization of policy objectives and the continuous stability of policies,and the need for policy convergence.Rely on various conditions such as policy body,policy environment and policy resources.I hope that this article can academically improve the study of the convergence of old and new policies in China and promote the development of policies in practice.
