Purpose: with the development of people's quality of life, more and more people began to join in the running,When running, unreasonable using kneeand knee injury problem has always been the focus among the runners, however, research about reacting Angle of knee and knee isokinetic muscle strength testscientifically, intuitively during running are little, this paper is to explore the knee Angle of the knee flexor and peak torque, flexor peak torque Angle as well as the relationship between the peak torque ratio flexor, thus more digital test, evaluate and guide the runners run, science how to avoid and prevent damage. To provide solution for running training, aiming at the shortcomings of the existed intensive training, thereby effectively happy fitness science. Methods: the subjects of chengdu physical of track and field special students as well as the running runner, the CON-TREX isokinetic muscle strength test, collect knee flexor centripetal peak torque, Angle of peak torque, flexor peak torque ratio; Motion image acquisition, using the image analysis software, collected from the ground before stretching stage supporting leg knee joint Angle, and stride length and stride length data; SPSS software to analyze data, packet classification discussed. The data in the form of "the average + /- standard deviation". Result: 1. The peak torque flexor running group were higher than that of blank group, group running the peak torque ratio is higher than that of blank group, flexor flexor peak torque Angle also running group is better than that of blank group; 2. Running knee Angle is greater than the blank group, and men knee Angle is greater than women; 3. Running stride length and stride length is greater than the blank group, woman stride length is better than that of men, but the stride length is less than men; 4. Group running frequency and stride has correlation with the Angle of peak torque flexor, stride length is associated with extensor peak torque; 5. Running in the knee Angle has correlation with isokinetic muscle strength test results, in blank group, Angle of knee flexor and peak torque, only the peak torque ratio of flexor and extensor peak torque Angle. Conclusion: 1.When running, amateurs' angle of knee tend to in a proper range, when angle of knee beyond this range, the pace may increase, but it may also increase the risk of injury; lower than this range, it will also increase the risk of injury, impact stability of the knee, angle of knee reasonable help prevent knee injuries; 2. The isokinetic muscle testing subjects flexor peak torque ratio is too low, could be more big risk of injury, the flexor muscle force and the centrifugal ability and the lack of relevant; 3 often subjects isokinetic muscle strength data of running and knee Angle is more excellent, running speed and faster; 4. Man isokinetic muscle strength test results and knee Angle generally are superior to women, but women flexor peak torque ratio is slightly better, show women flexor strength is more balanced. Advice: 1. The runners in front of the running, if conditional word, suggest the kinetic parameters and the isokinetic muscle testing, find the weak link, in the later training focus on strengthening, the purpose is to eliminate knee injuries in the bud stage. Really no running. 2. The test process, the frequency and stride test mentioned correlation with isokinetic muscle strength test results and the experiment on process and equipment, test, test error also to have certain relations; Knee Angle and the data correlation in the isokinetic muscle strength test needs to be more careful scientific research, this paper research method and thinking only slightly shabby, only play the role of the topic.
