With China's overall national strength growing,China has got rapid development in sports in recent years.As a dominant track and field event in our country,some long jumpers reached the top eight in the world and won honor for China.Yet the problem that the proportion of becoming successful athletes is low do exist in the development of China's long jump.High injuries happen to adolescent athletes,especially the incident of knee joint injury is high.For solving this problem without delay,this article uses the mechanical analysis as the theoretical support to explore the correlation between the knee joint angle during the takeoff of long jump and the result of competition,muscle strength and injuries,followed by finding out how to avoid the risk of injuries without affecting the result of competition.This article collects and analyzes the test data by picking knee joint angle during the takeoff of long jump,competition results,muscle strength and injury from three tests as research objects,and selecting ten adolescent long jumpers who engaged in special training for more than two years.Through research,we came to conclusions as follow:(1)There is highly linear relationship between the knee joint angle of adolescent long jumpers during the takeoff of long jump and the results of competition.The results of the game increased with the elevation of the angle of knee joint.during the takeoff of long jump.(2)There iz highly linear relationship between the knee joint angle of adolescent long jumpers and muscle strength.While the muscle strength of knee joint is good,the angle of knee joint during the takeoff of long jump is relatively large,and vice versa.(3)There is highly linear relationship between the knee joint injury of adolescent long jumpers and the angle of knee joint in terms of odds and degree of knee joint injury.With the elevation of the muscle strength of knee joint,the angle of knee joint during the takeoff is relatively low,and vice versa.(4)For those adolescent long jumpers who has immature physiology and psychological development and short professional training,the elevation of the knee joint angle during the takeoff can not only improve the performance of competition but also avoid a certain degree of the occurrence of injury,which has multiple purposes.
